السكن صراحة خيار ممتاز جدا اشوفه، موظفينهم وخدمة العملاء عندهم احترافيين وسريعين بالتجاوب، احتجت مساعدتهم اكثر من مرة وكان التواصل ممتاز
قريب جدا لساحة الدومو ولا 12 دقيقة مشي، ولو برجع بسكن فيه
غرفه النوم واسعه، والصاله واسعه ، الشرفة كانت صغيره جدًا بس موب مشكلة بالنسبة لي
ممكن المشكلة الي واجهتني معهم مرات تطلع ريحة خفيفة غير جيده بالمكان اعتقد انه من التكييف
وطلبت تشيك اوت متأخر ل 3 مساء ودفعت 50 يورو، وعندهم لوكرز للي يبي يخزن شناطه
فيه مطبخ كاونتر جدا صغير فيه فرن صغير وغساله ومجهز بالملاعق والصحون والقدور
جنبه قهوة وميني ماركت ملاصق له👍🏽

Нам очень понравились апартаменты. В пешей доступности до площади. Есть все необходимое. Чай, кофе. Хочу отметить качественную косметику davines. Есть кафе, где можно позавтракать. Рядом крытая парковка за 25€ за ночь. Считаю идеальным соотношение цена-качество.

Absolute aanrader voor een weekend Milaan!
Pros:

Hele fijne en schone kamer. Accommodatie was exact zoals op de foto's. We hadden een appartement met bed en slaapbank, zowel het bed als de slaapbank lagen lekker. Daarbij was de locatie perfect. Op loopafstand van de centrum Milan en voor verdere bezienswaardigheden met de tram, deze lag direct voor het appartement. Zou het iedereen aanraden!

Cons:

Voor schoonmaak tijdens verblijft moet je € 35,- bijbetalen per schoonmaakbeurt. We zaten er drie nachten, tijdens die dagen is er niet schoongemaakt en was het vervangen van handdoeken (kreeg een grote en kleine per persoon) niet mogelijk. Tenzij we bijbetaalden natuurlijk. Verder wel een heel schoon appartement.

Amazing hotel and staff but could they improve their communication prior to arrival.
Pros:

Great location, modern and comfortable room! Team at the facility were amazing and so helpful!

Cons:

Communication prior to the stay wasn’t great, I was first asked if I was at the property a month before my booking and then also received an email on the day of check in confirming my check out. It was all cleared up with a call to the staff on site but it did cause some unneeded stress while travelling.

Ничего! Ужас!

Cons:

Мы не смогли проживать в этом номере ! В номере было грязно и ползали насекомые !!!! Пришлось снять другой отель! Деньги 50 % отель оставил себе несмотря на то, что в номер мы не заселились и услуга по проживанию нам не была оказана. Получается, что за то, что мы установили факт невозможности проживания в этом отеле по причине грязи в нем и насекомых, похожих на клопов, с нас отель удержал 50% от стоимости проживания, которого, по факту не было. То есть этот отель просто наживается и зарабатывает на услугах, которых не оказывает. Этот отель зарабатывает на грязи в номерах и насекомых, похожих на клопов. Если вы хотите жить в грязи и быть покусанными насекомыми и иметь стресс, либо если вы не хотите жить в отеле, но, при этом всё равно платить как будто вы в нем жили, то вам в этот отель. Мы считаем действия отеля, его хозяев и администрации непорядочными и нарушающими права добросовестных и чистоплотных клиентов.

Good comfortable stay at a great location
Pros:

Great location. They were very nice and arranged to give us a room a bit earlier as we were super tired from our long flight. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again when in Milano.
