Tolle Aussicht und Lage, aber das Familienzimmer müsste komplett renoviert werden.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Lagune vom Balkon des Familienzimmers

Cons:

Sehr veraltete Ausstattung. Teilweise dreckig. Toilettenspülung kaputt, Sofa defekt, heraushängende Lichtschalter und alles ein bisschen versifft

- La vue est juste incroyable sur la lagune
- Les kayaks mis à disposition (gratuitement)
- L’expérience « cabane »

Cons:

Les - de cet établissement :
- le personnel que je n’ai pas trouvé du tout accueillant et ne parle absolument pas anglais
- le manque de luminosité dans la chambre (on y voit rien)
- les cabanes sont très mal insonorisées (on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se dit dehors)
- pas de petit déjeuner
- assez loin du centre ville (10-15min en voiture)
- attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : absolument rien n’est prévu pour vous (chemin de cailloux, escaliers)

Super dass man die Kajaks 2 Stunden am Tag gratis ausborgen kann. Aber es ist nicht ganz transparent. Es wird nicht gut erklärt.

Deux nuits suffisent à Bacalar
Pros:

Ponton pour la lagune

Cons:

La cabane à côté de la réception très moyen car du bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin à partir de 7h30 donc aucune tranquillité.
L’hôtel est loin du centre, obligé d’avoir une voiture pour aller manger car pas de restau dans l’hôtel.

Un lindo lugar frente al Cenote Esmeralda
Pros:

El hotel está justo en el cenote Esmeralda, es como tener una alberca privada.
En el hotelmte presrsn kayaks y chalecos salvavidas.
Tiene un pequeño manantial de agua y las cabañas tienen las comodidades necesarias, está a 5-7 min del centro.
Hay TV con streaming y cafetera dolce gusto en la habitación, redurten capsulas diario.

Cons:

El manantial o nacimiento de agua,es un punto turístico, en temporada alta resulta un poco incómodo nadar pues las lanchas pasan constantemente incluso algunas hasta te piden que des espacio para que se pueda ver el manantial.

Las cabañas son muy bonitas y agradables. El tamaño como los servicios tipo máquina de café estuvieron de gran gusto.

Ubicación,
El lago da a un cenote bastante profundo , no ideal con niños.
Complicado hasta para desayunar , sin coche ; es mala idea
Al final tuvimos que pagar un day pass en otro hotel para poder bañarnos en aguas menos profundas .

Mantenimiento y limpieza del inmobiliario

La super vista, por eso vienen casi todos.

Cons:

El personal es muy meh. Muy forzados a atenderte, y para ser "amables". El equipo de kayaks está defectuoso, me quedé varado en la laguna y tarde mucho para llegar al hotel de regreso.

Lugar con encanto
Pros:

El lugar es muy tranquilo y bastante limpio, nos quedamos en la suite con vista a la laguna, justo la que reservamos. Da directo a la laguna y se encuentra justo arriba el cenote esmeralda, por lo que van muchos tours al lugar.

Cons:

Elegimos el lugar porque prestaban las bicicletas pero en los 4 dias no pudimos utilizarlas porque estaban en reparación. tomamos taxis por 80 pesos que te llevan al centro.

El wifi no funcionaba y el agua caliente casi que tampoco, hizo un poco de frío y apetecía ducha confortable.Pero mereció la pena todo! Lo pongo como crítica constructiva, volveríamos sin duda!

Struttura affacciata direttamente sulla laguna. Possibilità di prendere le canoe in autonomia. Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. Personale disponibile e accogliente.
