The staff were amazing , Gérard in particular was incredible and very hospitality after our long journey. Location was v good.

Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Las instalaciones se ven muy nuevas y bien conservadas. La decoración es hermosa y armoniosa. El desayuno demasiado delicioso y la presentación excelente. Súper bien ubicado a 10 min caminando del bosque de Chapultepec, a unos 15 min del angel de la independencia, una oferta gastronómica increíble a los alrededores. Muy segura la zona

No pude acceder al check in temprano, no se especifica en el anuncio que tiene costo extra y que es sujeto a disponibilidad. El valor adicional corresponde a 2.583 pesos, que es el valor de la noche aproximadamente .

Se me indicó por mensaje en día anterior que por ocupación no era posible acceder al check in temprano; y que sólo podía hacerlo a partir de las 3 pm; teniendo en cuenta que el check out es a las 12, considero se podía hacerlo el esfuerzo de entregar la habitación un poco más temprano. Sin embargo entendí la situación y nos ofrecieron el servicio de guardar el equipaje, por lo que salimos y regresamos a las 3 en punto, la persona que me atendió me indicó que debía esperar 15 min más a que llegara la persona que realiza esta labor. A los 8 min más o menos llegó la persona, a quien le indicaron que nosotros estábamos esperando, pero no se vio interés por nosotros como huéspedes, siguió saludando y charlando con sus compañeros y tal vez a los 5 min entregó mi habitación.

El check out tarde pude acceder al beneficio sin costo.

Una de las razones por las que tomé este alojamiento es por el servicio e que ofrecían de flexibilidad en el ingreso y salida.

Not a 4 star property, a good 2.5 star hotel maybe a avg 3 star
Pros:

The location was both good and bad. It is ideally located to walk but the building next door has a lot of dogs that bark throughout the night

Cons:

We paid to have an early check in rate and still had to wait an hour past normal check in to get our rooms
We found small shards of glass on our bed and in one of our drinking glasses
Breakfast offers too few options, fine if you are here one night more than that and it is a waste
The front door is always locked and if the front desk has gone for a wander you can't get in, the key reader supposedly has never worked

Heel goed!
Pros:

Ik vond de iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was de locatie ook erg goed, met diverse plekjes voor koffie, gebak, boodschappen edm op (korte) wandelafstand. Op 10 minuten wandelen van goede restaurants, cafés, winkels en Chapultepec.

Cons:

Ik vond dat de kamer wat vaker gekuist mocht worden.

Great location young yet very attentive staff. It was a very good stay.
Pros:

Perfectly located about two blocks La Reforma. Although a band was playing till 2 AM, you could not hear the music from the hotel. Love that the restaurant only serves breakfast keeps the internal noise low. The pool could’ve been warmed during the cold season to enjoy. However it was cold water.

I don’t think it’s 4 star…
Pros:

The location is definitely a plus.

Cons:

It’s close to a highway so it’s noisy however I can’t compare to other places it was bearable. It’s an extremely cold place, I came from Europe and I wished I had my thermo pyjama….no heating during cold months. I often showered and the steam from shower offset the fire alarm which was annoying.

Excelente ubicación. Zona muy segura, tranquila y llena de restaurantes.
Excelente atención, amabilidad y disponibilidad. Muy recomendable para viajes de trabajo.
Muy buen desayuno, todo estaba muy rico y preparado al instante.

Cons:

Para estancias prolongadas, estaría bien algo más de variación en el menú diario de desayuno para evitar monotonía.
