Pros:

The hotel location is the best in the city. Reception 24/7.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Clean .

Cons:

All the products in the minibar were expired. Staff of the hotel are not very welcoming and not oriented on problems solving.

They launched the washing machine at night and it was creating terrible noise . Also bad sound isolation.
Rooms don’t have normal window.

Its the second time when my mom stay there. First stay was fine , but after the second she said she will prefer to book another place for her next stay. For one night it’s ok, but not longer.

Pokoj byl čistý, velký, pohodlný. Nábytek byl nový a pěkný .
Hygienické potřeby jako kartáček a zubní pastu, mýdla, šampony.
Lokalita perfektní, pár kroků od Opery i kaskády.

Cons:

Hotel je pod úrovní země. Okno jsme měli menší a do temnéhi vnitrobloku, tedy málo světla a hůře se Vetra. Nicméně to jsme věděli z fotek
