Absolute Katastrophe – falsche Fotos, dreckig, unsicher und sofort wieder abgereist

Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen.
Wir sind unmittelbar nach der Ankunft wieder abgereist und haben uns stattdessen ein Hotel gesucht, weil der Zustand einfach unzumutbar war. Die Fotos im Inserat wirken stark bearbeitet bzw. wie mit KI erstellt – die Realität sieht komplett anders aus. Vor Ort war alles extrem heruntergekommen: ein dunkles, schmutziges Loch, die Matratze war dreckig und hat übel gerochen.
Die Tür ließ sich ganze 45 Minuten lang nicht öffnen, weil Schloss und uralter Türrahmen komplett klemmten. Die Tür zum Pool könnte jedes Kleinkind problemlos eintreten, und der Pool selbst sah aus, als wäre er seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden.
Zusätzlich war es von oben extrem laut – an Erholung war nicht zu denken.
Der Eigentümer zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Booking hat zwar versucht zu helfen, konnte den Vermieter jedoch nicht einmal erreichen.
Insgesamt eine absolute Katastrophe – wir raten dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen. Siehe Fotos (die unschönen von uns).

Pratique mais pour 4 pas 6
Pros:

Il est pratique et bien placé proche de la plage même si nous n en n avons pas profité du fait de la pluie tropicale. La piscine est sympa. La douche dehors aussi.

Cons:

Nous étions 6 et deux personnes ont dû dormir par terre sur un matelas plutôt sale. Pas très sympa je trouve. La cuisine ne dispose pas de 6 chaises mais sinon elle est bien équipée.

Pros:

Super Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Strandspielzeug für Kinder ist auch vorhanden. Unterkunft ist sauber und mitv Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Tolle Unterkunft nähe Kennedy Space Center und einem super Beach
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit wunderschön gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Direkt über der Straße ist der Zugang zum tollen Beach mit Blick bis Cape Canaveral. Wir hatten das Glück 2 Raketenstarts vom Strand aus beobachten zu können.
Der Vermieter hat superschnell und freundlich reagiert, als die Spülmaschine auf Störung war.
Ganz toll waren die vielen Handtücher, die Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung und die neuen Küchengeräte. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Shops.

Cons:

Kleine Abzüge für die sehr laute Klimaanlage und etwas wenig Küchenausstattung (keine Weingläser, keine großen Töpfe für Pasta o.ä.)

Pros:

Nice location, heated pool with nice patio, each room has pool shover. Kitchen was nice. Convinient parking.

Cons:

Only one bathroom for whole 2 bedroom apartment. One of the bedroom had really small bed for 2 people, beds were unstable and creaking.

I would recommend this place and stay there again.
