Pros:

Gostei muito da localizacao do hotel, os funcionarios sao muitos atenciosos e prestativos, o cafe da manha foi feito com muito sabor. Nao tive tempo de ir no SPA, entao nao posso opinar sobre.

Cons:

Nao gostei da acustica do quarto, a cortina nao veda entrando claridade no mesmo, e o banheiro vaza muita agua porque nao tem um box adequado.

Great hotel with lovely setting and excellent walkability.
Pros:

Excellent location, attentive and pleasant staff, great ambiance and cleanliness.

Cons:

Room was very dark. Poor lighting in bathroom. Small sink with no place for toiletry bag or curling iron/straightner,etc. Also didn't provide lotion, which seems to be a staple in most hotels!

Pros:

Exceptional hotel and customer service. Rooms were impeccable and beautifully designed. One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have stayed in.

Cons:

No coffee pot in room but you could get room service to bring it 24 hrs. Check in was 2 hrs behind! We had to wait you check in

good location, but difficult to occupy the room.
Pros:

liked location and staff. need more training on cleaning room and providing supplies. the suite we occupied was a "cold" room, not talking about temperature. need more electrical outlets, sitting chairs, a desk would be helpful, more waste baskets...just a review of what a room should have in the way of comfort...for a room of that price..which was over priced for a suite.

Huge and beautiful suite, quiet, convenient to everything. Friendly staff, overall clean and comfortable. The tub was gorgeous and relaxing. Ease of check in and check out, the BBQ place is phenomenal! Love that is self parking and free! Loved the books throughout the room, very relaxed vibe.

Cons:

For a hotel of this cost and caliber it's really lacking in little touches and amenities, the extra bits. Kind of bare bones. No coffee pot, microwave in room which there is certainly space for and would be useful with all the food options nearby for added comfort. Received two water bottles first day and then no more. 1 tiny little trash can, only one robe in a huge couple's suite. Strange to have the TV in the common area and no TV in bed area, so you cannot watch TV in bed. The staff was friendly, but received no inquiry prior to trip about special events or "We are looking forward to seeing you" offer for special requests, no formal welcome beyond check in. There are missed opportunities for little touches that could really elevate the experience.

Over all I had a pleasant experience; the staff was EXTREMELY helpful.
Pros:

The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff, especially the valet were very helpful. The breakfast was really good and the location was awesome.

Cons:

Room 304 encounter a constant humming noise at night. The noise sounded like an 18 wheeler on the street. The trash cans in the bathroom are too small, and the room trash cans are in the closet (weird).

Great hotel very comfortable and right in the heart of town
Pros:

Great staff, the most comfortable beds and pillows, the shower head is powerful and plenty of hot water

Cons:

The valet parking fee. If you don’t pay the fee I think you have to park on the street
