Wenn siem reap dann center point
Pros:

Sehr freundliches personal die alles daran setzen, dass man zufrieden ist. Unsere matratze war so duechgelegen und wir konnten in der ersten nacht kaum schlafen. Nach mitteilung an der reception haben sie die matratze sofort ersetzt.
Tolle lage, sehr central an night market und pub street - rollerverleih in der strasse

Cons:

Nicht soviel ablagefläche für 2 backpackrucksäcke, wenn man nicht kompliziert ist geht das aber.
Kein schatten am pool
Beim frühstück kann man a la carte aus ca 7 menus wählen. Es gubt zu jedem menu viel brot, croissants und früchte. Zu einem warum bewerte ich es als schlecht - weil man ev nicht alles essen kann und viel food waste entsteht.

Breakfast had much to desire and the coffee was hard to finish. Beds were rather flimsy and we were at first floor and the doors are paper thin so we heard everyone

L'emplacement, le service et la piscine (avec pas mal de transats et serviettes) sont top !

Pros:

We will always come back to stay here if we come to Siem Reap. I love the environment of this hotel. The massage services will do directly in the room if you book. Everything is awesome.

Location was great. We appreciated the thoughtful birthday greeting and early check in

Cons:

Unhappy that I booked a deluxe double room and was taken to a room with one bed squeezed between two walls and two duvets on it. No explanation or reimbursement given.

Pros:

The hotel was class!! Perfect location, so close to everything! The food and cocktails available at the restaurant were top of the pops!!!, and that’s not mentioning the beautiful pool for chilling out in on hot afternoons!, but most of all, the staff here are wonderful!!!! I got to mention Mr.Esak waiter/host, what a guy!!, also Ms. Srey Ptch along with Chai Ya, Vi Sa, Ya Da and all the staff here who made my holiday in beautiful Siem Reap!!! Can’t wait to come back Guys!!! 🌝🤚❤️🥰🙏

Pros:

The hotel was great nice location near pub street only 4minutes walked to pub street. Good place to relax after visited temples or any others places. Breakfast was good and cheap. the pool was amazing great place to enjoy beautiful moment with peaceful.

Great stayed for couple of nights at this hotel. Gorgeous hotel with oriental decoration and Asian style of service.
Bed is very comfortable, that is very important after long flight. Great location. the luandry service is available at the hotel it is only 3 dollars per kilo, lovely staff they are friendly and helpful.

Except for the staff, breakfast, and location, the place is almost a shit hole!!!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, except for the coffee. Great location.

Cons:

No elevator, no TV, no phone, no hot water for the sink, no ventilation in the toilet, no light above the sink/mirror, window opens to next door balcony (could hear neighbors farting), and the rooms were not painted (nail holes, spackle stains, old paint splashes, etc).
