Quiet place

L’hotel è piccolo e molto ben curato, la spa e la piscina sono un toccasana. Peccato dover ordinare la cena, e senza la certezza che sia disponibile ciò che si vorrebbe ordinare. Sospetto che i pasti vengano preparati all’esterno della struttura e, nel nostro caso, è stato servito tutto insieme, compreso il te che a fine del pasto era ormai freddo.

A little far from main areas in Istanbul, overall service could be better. The AC vent was not working in our room.

It was a small hotel like a family house . The people were friendly. It was quiet.I can consider it like a motel not a hotel. The room was quite big ( the lake view ) but you can’t see the lake. Many essentials this in the bath room and the room not founds such as hand towel, tissues , tooth brush, slippers.. some they provided me later others not . The pictures for the hotel in expedite app not found any in real .

Host was amazing, stayed up until 2:30am in the morning to greet me!! Thank you so much!!

Great staff , nice people , best customer service I could ever ask , clean place , quiet and beautiful, i highly recommend and I’ll be going back for sure again and again

This property was clean, room was very nice and clean ! We needed an overnight stay for our flight leaving Istanbul to Washington DC, for the price I was able to get our room & roundtrip airport pick and drop off. Definitely wished to see the hotel during the day and amenities, will return ! Definitely recommend

I pay lots of money and when i booked my room it said room with terrace but when we arrived there no terrace
Also every time we want to drink normal water we have to wait 10/15 minutes to bring and at the end of our staying they charge us for even water!!!!
The swimming pool and Sauna on the website is included but when we went there they said its not and we have to pay 20$ for each time we use!
They said the breakfast is self served but its not 2 staffs bring what ever they like for us and quality of the breakfast is so low.
There was a lady work in reception she is from Turkmenistan she is so nice and helfull and we really liked her

Easy to use and to visualize where I am at in my trip. Maybe a simple high level timeline will help to visualize it better

Şirin temiz bir butik otel, 1 gece kaldık ve çok da memnun ayrıldık. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi, memnun olmadığım tek şey kahvatidaki reçel çok kötüydü 🙂 her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Only one advice if they can increase the breakfast quantity as it is good but too little and also breakfast starts at 8am which is late and will be ideal to start at 6:30am
