The staff did all those extra things that you didn’t expect. The people at the front desk were superb. The place is a hop skipped in a jump from the water bus or the people mover making it very convenient to get in to the center of Venice without being a face in the crowd

Clean room and good breakfast included

This is a new clean hotel however it is far from the center of Venice. We didn’t mind that but if you want to be in the middle of it all this hotel is a 15-20 minute water taxi away but the taxis are across the street.

Excellent hotel with great breakfast buffet. Everything was spotless and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only negative was the lack of dining options in the area.

The accomodations were 5 stars...the included brakfast, thumbs up...the only con i had was at dinner ordered a burger and the server by accident dropped the bun on the floor picked it up,put it back on the burger and tried to serve it that way. I was offended and complained to management..👎

Wide open showers, large selective breakfast buffet. friendly staff.easy to get to.

Perfect location if you taking a cruise from Venice also if you want to explore Venice .

Clean and spacious room by European standards. Hot buffet breakfast included was a bonus. Great location if you're meeting a cruise ship shuttle at Tronchetta stop

Very clean room nd bathrooms.

If you're driving into Venice, there is no better place to stay. Clean, sfae and convenient. Leave the car and use public trransportation to enjoy everthing Venice has to offer.

Hotel was clean and new, check in and check out were easy

The breakfast provided was excellent! Lots of choices. Clean, courteous staff. One suggestion though would be to include instructions how to get to the property from the train station - I.e.: what vaporetto to take and what stop to get off at, would be very helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and we would stay at this establishment again.

A great place to stay

This hotel is new and the service was great. It is also very close to transportation. However, the rooms are mirco rooms. Super tiny for a Hilton. There could be more international cuisine on the menu.

This hotel is newer. It is located in a sort of industrial type area. The room itself was nice. However, two issues with the room took several people to resolve, even with using a translation app. Had a family emergency and they wouldn't refund the last day. Breakfast had abundant choices but the 'American' items were not good. Front desk staff weren't helpful and none of them cracked a smile during our stay. (Refrigerator comes across as not working but we realized it's because they turn off the electricon the entire room) This hotel should be great for European travelers who are used to their type of service.

Was very close to waterbus and people movers if taking a cruise . Breakfast was great and bed was comfortable. Loved the free water on each floor. Staff is very helpful. I definitely will come back to this hotel.

Check-in was adequate though we were early and the room was not quite ready so we went into Venice for excursions and dinner. When we returned there were only 2 personnel at the desk and it was slow to get our rooms and luggage that we had checked in earlier. The room was adequate but the bathroom flooded when I took a shower and the drain in the shower was partially plugged. Because I didn’t joy stayed the one night, it must have been plugged from before me. Other than that, the mattress was firm but despite that I had a good night of sleep. In the morning, breakfast was perfunctory and nothing special. Due to the location it was great for access to the people mover and the train station and buses.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Beddings are very comfortable, which is up to Hilton standards. I always try to book Hilton/Marriott hotels because they are the most well known and will almost always give you the quality standards compared to booking random hotels.

This hotel is a bit out of the way but you can take the "People Mover" tram that's only a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. There's also other transportation options to the main island but it can be a bit expensive. There isn't much food options around the hotel but it is totally okay since we have free breakfast in the morning and will eat before coming back to the hotel at night
