Perfect apartment in a great location in beautiful Pescara. Very close to all shops and restaurants with very convenient parking just across the street. Manlio is a charming and delightful host, he spared no effort to make sure we were comfortable with everything we need for a perfect stay. The apartment itself is adorable with stylish features and modern amenities. Manlio provided a lot of special touches such as snacks, water, very nice bath products and even an excellent make-up remover that worked better than my fancy Clinique! The air conditioning was amazing too, during our trip it was unbelievably hot outside but even the lowest setting kept the apartment perfectly cool and comfortable. I have only the most wonderful things to say about Manlio and Color Houses, we look forward to staying again on our next trip to beautiful Pescara! ❤️

The owner was very thoughtful and lovely, answered all the questions and showed extra attention. The location was great, beach only ten minutes away, near the city centre. Very quiet and peaceful place. Loved our stay here!

Primero y principal el recibimiento del anfitrión su calidez amabilidad y preocupación por que estemos a gusto sin que nos falte nada para pasar una estancia agradable! Y luego la comodidad de las instalaciones el buen gusto y los detalles! Y principalmente todo funcionaba bien!!

Clean, comfortable, close to train station and city centre.

L'accoglienza da parte del responsabile , una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile ! La pulizia e l'organizzazione dell appartamento , ambienti nuovi e ben curati , la posizione vicina al centro dove si trovano tanti ristoranti e locali pieni di ragazzi e tante famiglie. Esperienza da rifare sicuramente.

Le propriétaire était très sympathique et de bons conseils.

La posizione è molto buona, è leggermente fuori dal centro ma si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Dall'appartamento a Piazza Salotto ci vogliono una decina di minuti a piedi. Di fronte all'appartamento c'è un parcheggio a pagamento ma non è costoso. Noi siamo arrivati di venerdì e con lunedì compreso abbiamo pagato 11 euro. L'appartamento è ristrutturato di recente, spazioso, luminoso, piacevolmente arredato e silenzioso. Si accede tramite codice digitale, semplice e pratico. Il bagno ha una doccia confortevole. Tutto era assolutamente pulito. Sia il salotto/cucina che la camera da letto hanno i condizionatori, nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. I letti sono comodi e ci sono a disposizione due tipologie di cuscini. In cucina ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici, compresa macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore. Abbiamo inoltre trovato l’occorrente per una colazione semplice (succhi di frutta, tè, caffè, biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate ecc..). E acqua in frigorifero.
L’host Manlio ci ha accolti per accompagnarci agli appartamenti, nonostante in realtà non fosse necessario perché non c’è una consegna “fisica” di chiavi. È stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto il tempo del soggiorno, il che è un valore aggiunto.

The property was super clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the aircon worked better than anywhere else we stayed in Pescara. Manilo was super helpful and kind. Leaving water, biscuits and juice was a really nice touch.

The apartment is beautifully, modernly and stylishly furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. The host Manilo definitely deserves special mention as he gave us tips for activities, food and much more. Manilo was very accessible the whole time, extremely friendly and helpful - thanks for that! The beach, train station and city center are within easy walking distance.

Color Houses in Pescara is a perfect getaway for couples who want to spend time near the beach. Manlio met us and was extremely friendly and helpful when we had a request for an extra blanket. He also gave restaurants & grocery locations. Coffee & tea, as well as water, juice, and biscuits, were provided. Minor suggestion would be paper towels but not a deal breaker. Grazie mille Manlio!

The apartment was perfect. It had every amenity I wanted and was tucked away just enough to avoid the noise of late crowds but just a short walk to the heart of the city and the beach. It was spotless and the host Manlio went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met.

It had absolutely everything you can imagine to feel like at home.

This is a great spot to feel rested and secure. Manilo went “over and above” to ensure I had a comfortable stay and felt safe, as I was in my own. The train station is an easy walk away.
Parking was easy and at no cost. My car was secure.

It’s quiet, tastefully decorated and so handy to the train station. Manilo has been excellent in keeping me informed and has assisted with every concern. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

This is our second time staying at Color Houses.
It's a very beautiful, secure, well equipped apartment with a washer. It's spacious, clean, 2 smart TVs and a great bathroom. The location is walking distance to the train station and downtown. Manlio is the perfect host. He's welcoming, knowledgeable, and very kind. He also has fun treats and juice for guests. There is a lift to the apartment as well.

The location is great - just an easy 5-15 minute walk to a host of great restaurants, shopping and the beach - and yet is is away enough that it is quiet. An easy 7 minute walk to the train and bus station. Manlio was amazing - very proud of the state of his units - we had the 'Golden' Room - even the cutlery was gold....nice attention to detail. He made sure we were comfortable and was quick to respond if we needed anything - even dinner suggestions - which were amazing!
