1st room the ac didn’t work and they knew about it but when I mentioned it they upgraded to another room
The staff was kind and helpful. But the property wasn’t in good condition. Apparently they are remodeling or about to remodel. Our room also wasn’t as clean as expected.

Nothing, Tvs don’t work and the place smells
BEDBUGS. After staying with this hotel, my partner and I were covered in bedbug bites. Disgusting, obviously not cleaned properly
they kick us out, get there on sunday, and they told us we have to leave on sunday.
Quiet, close to everything
Breakfast was terrible, every day dry sausages, often missing items. Last day no more syrup, oranges, and many other items.
Nobody at the front desk most of the time. Just a sign “stepped away, will be back soon” Our key stopped working three times, luckily, we had 2 of them.
Shower spout switch didn’t work to fill the tub.
Location was decent and staff was friendly.
The room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom floor, mold on the ceiling. Lots of brown water spots on ceiling above bed. Bug in bathroom. Room was so stuffy and no matter what temp we put it on, it didn’t get cooler. The room also had a musty smell. The bed was pretty uncomfortable too.

Cable was out for 5 days !
The hotel has gone way downhill since it changed hands. It is dirty, hard to get help at the front desk. We had to switch rooms because the first one had dead cockroaches in the bathroom. At one point during our 2 night stay, the housekeepers got in a huge screaming fight outside our room. The breakfast was sparse and the breakfast room was dirty.
I’ve stayed at this hotel for years because it is close to my Dad’s condo. I will never stay here again. Super gross!!!

Beautiful
I am so upset that this beautiful, quaint little boutique hotel is closing. My stay here has been amazing. The view from my bay window was BEAUTIFUL (a garden of lush landscaping and a crystal blue pool). The staff is second to none. There is a beautiful little group of Hatian women that keep this place immaculate, and Frederick! I thanked them everyday. I’ve actually extended my stay 3 times. The breakfast was beautiful. It was quiet, everything worked (fridge and microwave), the bed was super comfy and ac was cold!!! I’m leaving against my will (lol) on Thursday morning, when they will close. I have enjoyed my stay in this hidden little gem. Naomie, Alex and William…you’re the best!!
