Pros:

The property is in a good location, close to the city and easy to reach from the airport. The staff were responsive to all our requests, helping us rent a car, organizing an airport transfer for us and giving us directions to the store to buy a sim card. The property is very clean and well-maintained, equipped with a power generator, a fairly large pool and a nice seating area with tables and lounge chairs. There was daily cleaning service and fresh towels, as well as a fridge in the room. The A/C worked well.

Cons:

The only downside is that the WiFi only worked by the pool area, not in the room. We were given an extra router, but it still did not work.
The beds are queen-size and on the smaller side, but that was not really a problem for us.
Other than that, everything was great.

Fresh clean and nice hotel

Clean, Nice and quiet place.
The breakfast is good for the price. The owner Kenito is available to assist.
Good value for the price.
It' s a new hotel . With a swimming pool.
You can rent a car. Ask for informations for a visit in Sao tome .
I definitely recommend this Hotel.
If you need a taxi them can also assist.
The hotel place is close to the beach. Nonetheless it's a bit far to the restaurants. You may need a taxi which is about 8 euros for each transfert.

Durante a nossa estadia em São Tomé ficámos em vários hotéis, mas este destacou-se claramente pela sua excelente relação qualidade-preço. O espaço exterior é muito agradável, perfeito para relaxar ao final do dia. Os quartos são extremamente limpos, confortáveis e com um design moderno.
O staff é simpático, sempre disponível para ajudar, incluindo o próprio dono, Kenito. Tem opção de pequeno almoço bastante completo.
Enquanto em outros hotéis enfrentámos problemas de falta de luz ou água, aqui não tivemos absolutamente nenhum contratempo, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
Recomendo vivamente este hotel a quem procura conforto, tranquilidade e um serviço atencioso em São Tomé.

Pros:

Friendly staff, really helpful. Clean location & rooms, early check in possible. Walking into town is fine, approx 30 min, along the seaside.

Hotel com boas condições, incluindo óptima piscina
Pros:

As condições do hotel eram boas e a piscina soube-nos muito bem. Quartos bem apresentados, funcionais e com o necessário para uma boa estadia. Óptimo duche e boa casa de banho. Piscina muito boa e bem cuidada. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis, incluindo o dono. A localização ainda é um pouco longe do centro, o que implica ter carro, andar de táxi ou andar meia hora a pé, mas por outro lado estamos longe da confusão e há restaurantes relativamente perto e supermercado.

Cons:

Algum barulho de pessoas à noite e da limpeza de manhãzinha, que de vez em quando impediu de dormir. Zona da piscina faz eco e amplifica ruído. Pequeno-almoço caro (10€/pessoa), mas arranjámos alternativa mais barata ali perto. Um casal do nosso grupo queixou-se que o seu colchão era um pouco mole.

Clean modern hotel close to airport
