Do quarto e sua limpeza, boa cama e almofadas. Têm quase tudo que é necessário para a sua higiene. a Piscina é uma maravilha para nadar de manha e passar uns momentos agradáveis. Os colaboradores do Hotel são muito prestativos e o Senhor Kinito foi uma agradável pessoa cok disponibilidade para solucionar tudo o que foi solicitado (CARRO + LIMPEZA ESPECIAL PERSONALIZADA no quarto)

The owner is very helpful and always ready to answer questions. He also helped when we needed to rent a car. The service in the hotel is great, the staff very nice.

overall it was a good stay. The main issue has to do with the energy, which is a problem on the island. The instable energy affects the internet service.

Pros:

The property is in a good location, close to the city and easy to reach from the airport. The staff were responsive to all our requests, helping us rent a car, organizing an airport transfer for us and giving us directions to the store to buy a sim card. The property is very clean and well-maintained, equipped with a power generator, a fairly large pool and a nice seating area with tables and lounge chairs. There was daily cleaning service and fresh towels, as well as a fridge in the room. The A/C worked well.

Cons:

The only downside is that the WiFi only worked by the pool area, not in the room. We were given an extra router, but it still did not work.
The beds are queen-size and on the smaller side, but that was not really a problem for us.
Other than that, everything was great.

Fresh clean and nice hotel

Clean, Nice and quiet place.
The breakfast is good for the price. The owner Kenito is available to assist.
Good value for the price.
It' s a new hotel . With a swimming pool.
You can rent a car. Ask for informations for a visit in Sao tome .
I definitely recommend this Hotel.
If you need a taxi them can also assist.
The hotel place is close to the beach. Nonetheless it's a bit far to the restaurants. You may need a taxi which is about 8 euros for each transfert.

Durante a nossa estadia em São Tomé ficámos em vários hotéis, mas este destacou-se claramente pela sua excelente relação qualidade-preço. O espaço exterior é muito agradável, perfeito para relaxar ao final do dia. Os quartos são extremamente limpos, confortáveis e com um design moderno.
O staff é simpático, sempre disponível para ajudar, incluindo o próprio dono, Kenito. Tem opção de pequeno almoço bastante completo.
Enquanto em outros hotéis enfrentámos problemas de falta de luz ou água, aqui não tivemos absolutamente nenhum contratempo, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
Recomendo vivamente este hotel a quem procura conforto, tranquilidade e um serviço atencioso em São Tomé.
