Pros:

Zonas comunes no terminadas todavía. 2 ascensores para 27 plantas con lo que era horrible subir o bajar.


Reservé este hotel porque tenía piscina y luego nos comentaron que era de pago.

Pros:

What I didn’t like is that the nova is inside another hotel which is “ steps “ hotel , so all the facilities are not included such as room service , pool all that i have to pay to get !!

Pros:

(-) En rull dopapir for ei vekes opphold. En liten flaske såpe og en liten flaske sjampo (reisestørrelse). Ingen utemøbler selv om balkongen er enormt stor.
(+) Stor leilighet med panoramautsikt i 27.etasje. Hyggelig betjening. Kort vei til sjøen, shopping mall og matbutikker.

Really good value for money
Pros:

My criticism of this property is that is does not have more elevators. But this seems to be a Batumi-wide issue. Otherwise, it is a really great property for the price paid. I would absolutely re-book.

Worst experience
Pros:

The stay was unacceptable, it stated clearly when I reserved the apartment that the it include the swimming pool. However, when I went to use it I was asked to pay 60 GEL for both of us. This is unacceptable and considers fake advertising. Worst experience ever.

It was really worth it
Pros:

I would like to thank Yana and her husband very much. They were very helpful in every way. Even before we arrived, they called us while we were abroad and gave us all the necessary information. They did not reject all our requests, even if they were not important. They are very good people. I definitely recommend them. The best hotel in the Batumi region.

Pros:

객실은 매우 깨끗하고 매우 넓습니다. 다리미, 세탁기, 커피 머신 등 제가 나열할 수 없는 모든 것을 고려했습니다. 침대는 훌륭하고 푹신합니다. 꼭 추천합니다. 바투미에서 머물 수 있는 최고의 장소 중 하나이며, 직원이 친절하고, 중심가와 가까워서 정말 좋았습니다.

Pros:

I had the panorama rooftop room. The views were pretty nice, It was on the 27th floor. From one living room you saw the mountains and the other living room had a view to the beach. The kitchen was really basic, two stoves and a pan. No oven or microwave. The internet connection was good, I was able to work remotely with it and watch live stream sport.
