Buyer beware… my card was charged multiple times for various so called bookings/deposits - hundreds of pounds! Trying to sort this with the very unhelpful staff was a nightmare… we’ll have to now deal with the bank to recover my money - scammed on a big scale!
I booked 2 rooms via booking.com which I paid for at the time of booking but was charged again and again. Manager said I’d booked several rooms! Left today and was charged AGAIN for goodness knows what!
Stressful and totally ruined our stay.

Everything about our stay was great, with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms—especially the beds—and consistently friend

Friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and well-maintained property, and a quiet, comfortable room. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, making for a restful night.

Cons:

The hotel markets itself as “pet friendly,” but the $75 per night non-refundable fee feels misleading and more like an added revenue stream than a guest-friendly policy. A refundable deposit based on actual room condition would be far more reasonable.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, room was clean

Cons:

just issue with neighbor snoring , for breakfast have almond and dairy milk, recommend to offer soy, oatmeal or coconut milk as kids have dairy and nut allergies so not mech to eat

Carpet in hotel, the evening staff on check in was less than desirable. The morning staff on check out was great!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Hotel seems brand new. I know we stayed last year too...Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice...well stocked
