停車方便！客房乾淨！房間的空間還行！

駐車場は現金かPayPayの支払いができ誘導も分かりやすかったです。朝食は秋田で有名な稲庭うどん・きりたんぽ鍋の他にカラフルなサラダや蒸し野菜など野菜をたくさん食べれてうれしかったです。

A bit of a walk to the station but if you have a car it's fine, plenty of food options down the road and easy to get around.

お風呂に数本の毛が残っていて､掃除されたのか？疑問でした。朝食に説明文が無いし､わかりにくい点もあり､またナイフとホークが無いので、大きめの野菜はかじって食べるほかなかった

サウナ好きには是非利用して欲しい

清掃がゆき届ききれい。地方で周辺のお店が閉まるのが早いのは注意。

清潔で良い

とても快適に過ごせました。

お部屋はとても広く、清掃も行き届いており、トイレとバスが分離されていたのも嬉しかったです。洗面台が2つあるのも家族連れにはありがたく、浴槽も広くてリラックスできました。

ただ一点残念だったのは、清掃の細かな部分で気になる点があったことです。クローゼット内のネット袋には髪の毛やゴミが残っており、洗濯機の上にも長い髪の毛が。さらにバスタオルには大きな洗濯ほこりが付着していて、清潔感に欠ける印象を受けました。部屋自体はきれいだっただけに、こうした部分が惜しかったです。

また朝食についても、接客が丁寧な方や真面目に調理されているスタッフの方がいる一方で、若いスタッフの振る舞いが気になりました。マスクをせずに談笑しながら調理していたり、手袋をしたまま髪に触れる様子も見られ、衛生面で不安を感じてしまいました。朝食なしのプランにすればよかったと思ってしまいました。

全体としては快適なお部屋での滞在でしたが、細かな清掃と朝食時のスタッフ指導が改善されれば、より満足度の高い宿になると思います。

安靜舒適，服務很好

一階に大人気のイタリアンレストランがあり、ピザがイチオシです。そしてレストランを出るとセブンイレブンが目の前にあります。急な宿泊時の不足な必需品や秋田のお土産品も購入出来ます

ミルハスに用事がありホテルを利用しましたが徒歩ですぐにミルハスに着いて便利でした。

I booked this hotel at a pretty good value. I wasn't expecting much, but if this was the price range of Daiwa hotels in other Prefectures, and if the quality is consistent then I'd definitely keep booking!

First of all, the hotel seems pretty new, or at least recently renovated. Interiors are modern & up to date. Staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms is slightly larger than a typical Japanese business hotel. This is especially evident in the bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower & bath area, a large sink and a fancy Toto toilet. The bed is slightly bigger, too. It seems like a full double with 2 pillows, and even has a small lounge & table (aside from the vanity). It also has a trouser press installed.

The public spa area was one of the biggest I've been to. While I don't think it was a natural spring, the sento was large, lockers were plentiful, and the sauna can fit maybe 6 people at a time. They have the laundry area in the baths so you can do it while you soak. Otherwise, there's also a fancy massage chair you can use.
