Great location
We absolutely loved our stay at Cleveland Residences Bloomsbury! We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in, and the elevator made managing our luggage a breeze. Our room was spotless upon arrival, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The person who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the space and how their customer service operated – it made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent, convenient for the Tube or just a leisurely walk around Bloomsbury.
The only reason we’re giving four stars instead of five is that we couldn’t find a deadbolt to lock the door, which unfortunately led to someone walking in on our first day. That said, there might have been a tech-based locking system we didn’t figure out.
Despite that small hiccup, we truly enjoyed our stay. We’ve already recommended Cleveland Residences to friends and would definitely return on our next trip to London! Book your stay here!
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The property was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. The location was excellent. Just a short walk from the British Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing.
If I had to mention any downsides, it would be the 10 AM checkout time and the room being smaller than expected. However, both were clearly stated at the time of booking, so they came as no surprise and were acceptable.
Overall, a great experience. I would be happy to stay here again.

Mais le 107 n’avait pas les deux grandes fenêtres comme sur le descriptif internet, mais seulement une petite face à un mur et une sur le toit sans vue… tromperie ?

Really good location.
A great building and location. The rooms are in fantastic condition. The local area has everything, including groceries, restaurants and tube station within walking distance. The street can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights, into the morning hours, so bring ear plugs.
Unfortunately the staff of this property are not up to snuff. I made a couple of ordinary requests (towels, for example) and they were hand-waved away. The manager was rude to my wife, getting sassy and in her personal space when she had trouble opening the front door. Later, when confronted by me, she changed her tune. Not appropriate behavior for a property of this standard and location. Seems like they’re out of their depth and someone more professional is needed.
My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. Our room faced the street, and the traffic could be a bit noisy, with loud exhausts and at times sirens, but we were tired and slept well anyway.
The building was easy to find and it was nice to avoid carrying keys as the access is all by keypads. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of dining and shopping options within a couple of blocks; the British Museum is only 2 blocks away and the Russell Square tube station is just around the corner. The area immediately around the station and some of the streets towards Bloomsbury Square seemed like they could be a bit rough at night, but we never felt unsafe walking even late in the evening.
Overall we had a lovely time in London and we would definitely consider staying again.
The apartment was exceptional in cleanliness, good space and comfort and high standards altogether. The location was just fantastic for us. We were on the second floor which doesn't have access with a lift which we knew at the time of booking and does need to be considered. Feedback (not complaint) - kitchen scissors would be good in equipment drawer. We enjoyed our stay very much.
It is a quiet location but walkable within 15 min to many attractions, and like new inside the room. However none of the photos showed a room as small as we had, I am used to small European rooms but there was no place to put two carry on size suitcases that was not in the narrow walking path around the bed. So be forewarned of tight space for two.
