Pros:

Het kingsize bed lag heerlijk. Grote kamer. Prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Mooi gebouw in koloniale stijl. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

De muggen! Koude douche.

Pros:

Liked · Staff very attentive especially housekeeping room boy who attended to all our needs. Food excellent , nice pool and lovely views over the paddy fields. Excellent service from Madushanka, Butti, Lahore and Pradeep. Breakfast pack provided for our safari. Rooms a good size. Good wifi

Erholsam, sauber und lecker! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (2 und 6 Jahre) zu Gast und wir alle haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war von Herzen freundlich und stets bemüht. Wir haben dort auch gefrühstückt und einiges von der Karte probiert, alles war sehr, sehr lecker. Das Highlight für unsere Kinder waren der Pool und die Affen in den Bäumen 😅. Der Hotelmanager hat uns außerdem den Kontakt zu einem Tourguide im Nationalpark vermittelt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war entspannend und wunderschön. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Karolina und Tharindu

The hospitality truly stood out — the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a memorable experience.
Meals were another highlight. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and featured a great mix of local Sri Lankan flavors.

While the overall experience was very pleasant, a bit more attention to detailed cleaning and a routine check of washroom amenities would further enhance guest comfort. These are small areas for improvement and would make an already enjoyable stay even better.

Pros:

De kamer was schoon, dichtbij Walpattu National Park, parkeren op bewaakt terrein en het hotel wat nog niet zo oud dus alles was nog niet. Het uitzicht op de rijstvelden vanaf je balkon was rustgevend. Douche was prima en warm, bedden lagen lekker en ze verschaffen extra dekens.

Cons:

Er was een restaurant bij het hotel met een mooie kaart, alleen was er maar een klein deel te bestellen. Omdat ze niet overal nee op konden zeggen kreeg je soms een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje op je bord. En de manager was gebrand op een goede review en sprak dit ook meerdere malen uit. Het personeel leek hierop geïnstrueerd te zijn waardoor ze soms gemaakt aardig waren. Ook de wifi was niet altijd goed of viel uit.

Excellent établissement mais 2 points d'attention
Pros:

Piscine extérieure extraordinaire disponible hors des horaires.
Restaurant délicieux.
Chambres spacieuses et très hautes de plafond.
Processus du matin performant avec le gardien avec clés contre petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

L'interaction WhatsApp avec le bot qui redémarre la relation à zéro ça allait encore en 2018 mais là il faut vraiment de la réactivité.
Coupure d'électricité à 04h00 du matin : plus d'internet, plus de lumière, plus de frigo, plus de charge des téléphones !
