Pros:

L’emplacement, accueil chaleureux du personnel la chambre familial un plus avec divan. Un merci particulier à Maria qui nous a recommandé le guide Pedro. La découverte de l’île avec lui a été des plus apprécié

Pros:

Super place, with beautiful, new, and clean rooms. The staff were excellent, and special thanks go to Maria at the reception, who was absolutely amazing. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, and gluten-free pastries were no problem at all. From our side, a big thumbs up — we highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a clean environment and friendly, helpful staff.

Très beau séjour on recommande
Pros:

L’emplacement en centre-ville ou tout est accessible à pied, le calme, l’insonorisation des chambres, l’amabilité du personnel, le choix du petit déjeuner sucré salé, la literie confortable, le choix des chaînes Tv (4 chaînes Fr Arte, M6, TV5, France 24) wifi rapide, la petite piscine chauffée avec hammam et sauna, sympa après une journée de visite.
Petit parking privé gratuit, environ 12 places seulement.
À 10’ en voiture de l’aéroport.
7 nuits en février, on a vu l’hôtel principalement vide sauf le week-end, check-in vers 00h45 rapide.
Pas pu tester la piscine extérieure à cette période.
L’emplacement en centre-ville n’est pas un problème pour rayonner autour de l’île qui est petite, pas rencontré de problème de circulation

Cons:

Peut être le manque de renouvellement du choix du petit déjeuner sur une semaine.

O melhor alojamento/estadia de Ponta Delgada.
Pros:

Tudo impecável. Desde os quartos modernos e bem decorados, o staff muito simpático e sempre disponível a ajudar. O pequeno almoço variado e delicioso. Recomendo muito e com certeza irei voltar novamente.
