This is a pretty new property. Everything was very clean. It was very nice inside. Excellent breakfast and really nice rooms. It exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay there again.
Great location! Everything you need is right there!! It’s a short walk to MadTree Brewery & the cutest little town of Oakley that has great food & drinks as well. We have stayed here a few times and look forward to each stay. Staff is very helpful & so kind. The rooms have everything you need & are very clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We will be back.
Great Hotel! Great Breakfast! very clean, could use more parking
First time staying here. We usually stay at another hotel but they were booked for the dates we needed. I'm glad they were as this hotel is so much better. The rooms are large. The beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location is close to everything we wanted to see and do. Didn't have the complimentary breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Also have water bottle refilling stations which was nice. This will be our go to hotel from now on.
One thing they could add would be a pull out makeup mirror. I'm short and had to stand on tippy toes to do my makeup.
It was brand new and very clean. It had nice rooms.
The hotel and room itself was nice and clean. But checkin was horrible. I arrived at the designated check-in time. The room was not ready. 15 minutes later I was told the room I reserved and paid wasn't available and they offered me a smaller one. No type of refund offered just Bonvoy points. Not happy...
Overall a decent stay, conveniently located and nice. Looking forward to near future stays.
The hotel was clean and felt new, which I appreciated. I loved that there were restaurants within walking distance — perfect since this was a work trip and I had my family with me. Most of the staff were friendly, but a couple of small interactions could’ve been better. Breakfast was good, though one employee seemed bothered when I asked for a plate to take some food up to my son. At check-in, I was given the wrong room and the front desk insisted it was better for me, which wasn’t helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great city.
We found the location very convenient. There’s a lot to do surrounding the hotel. The free breakfast was good, our room was very clean. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We were helped by Peta-Gay during our stay and she always had a smile and was very helpful.
Parking was sparce
Beautiful hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious. Restaurants and movie theater within walking distance.
My only negative thought was that the check-in clerk was sitting down in the lobby when we arrived.
