Pros:

Good Location and exquisitely designed

Cons:

The day of checkin I requested for arranging paid taxi ton an under station which the person on checkin desk agreed.Nextmorning VORA was on the reception.Since Chinese apps are not allowed on Indian mobiles I requested vora to call a taxi but she refused and said that this is not the hotel policyShe also refused to get my luggage down from the room.As I had a severe lumber l2-L3 problem hence this request was made.somehow second lady at the counter somewhat understood my physical condition and went to the room to get my one suitcase.As I was getting late I requested the sales director of the company from my mobile to request the lady to arrange taxi which she again refused.Finally the sales director had to call the taxi from his mobile app.
Hotels like Sheraton of which we are members should seriously take note of this issue and manners of the staff
