A picturesque place, boutique type of stay
Pros:

Enjoyable place, where you want to stay longer ! Which we will do next time for sure
Breakfast was actually good, it is just a box with few items and first thing that came to mind was, let’s go to 7/11 as this one is surely not enough. But it turned out to be really good, but if you are an egg person then might a problem as there is none. Some hotel made pictures of the breakfast seems a bit enhanced (portions size wise) but close
I want to highlight exceptional dinner that we enjoyed

Cons:

We stayed in January it was cold outside and inside. The heated floors are there and it makes life easier but they are located only in some spots and there is none in the toilet for example. In the morning it was really fresh, you do not want to get out of bed let alone taking a shower
You also have to mind the presence of rules that makes the preparation a bit stressful but once you complete that all is smooth. I am talking about choosing a time slot for breakfast, dinner, making a menu choice in advance …and believe me if you think that you can agree on changes when you are there you are wrong, it all goes as planned with minimum changes
My take on that - I admire haut couture, boutique winery vibe, but sometimes when travelling you want to flexibility in timing of your breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you come to relax and that includes avoiding making choices at the time of booking. And surely IMHO

整體來說很喜歡，會介紹給朋友，也會想再來。
Pros:

插座很多、泡澡舒服、用品高級、環境優雅、咖啡和茶的品質好

Cons:

一、隱私的問題：淋浴區是玻璃門，沒有隱私，淋浴出來就是泡澡忽外陽台的門，也是玻璃門，沒有隱私。就算是泡澡區有一面百葉窗可以放下，但另有一半是可以看到院子的地方的百葉窗，只有左邊一半，另右邊還是可以看到淋浴間。
二、晚餐的問題：
1.湯的內容太薄弱，沒喝到什麼東西。
2.烤香肉會有小魚刺，對某些人來說吃起來很不方便。
3.如果我們住3晚，而且都會在你們的餐廳用餐，菜單會換嗎？
三、語言的問題：我們只會說中文跟英文，還有一點點日文，跟服務人員主要靠英文溝通，但服務人員的英文好像也還好，溝通上會有一點困難。
四、其他問題：
1.面紙盒只有灌洗的洗臉盆的旁邊有，床邊或客廳桌上沒有，有一點不方便。
2.垃圾桶只有灌洗的洗臉盆下有一個，而且不大，我們住3天沒有整理房間，沒有關係，但垃圾桶太小，而且只有一個，很不方便。
3.貴飯店貼心的準備了大、小湯匙，但面對豐富的早餐，沒有插子、沒有筷子，只能用手拿、果醬奶油沒有抹到，只能使用小湯匙去挖出來，很不方便。
4.戶外拖鞋太小，穿不進去。既然已經貼心的問住客早晚餐的時間、內容，可否順便問一下穿幾號鞋？
5.冷暖氣機的聲音很大聲，會影響到睡眠。

Hotel vinícola muito charmoso. Limpeza dos quartos em dias alternados.
Pros:

O hotel integra um complexo de lojas de produtos locais excelente. As instalações são excelentes.

Cons:

A suíte moderna, apesar de ser excelente, fica um pouco fria no inverno. Talvez por ser muito grande e com pé direito alto. O ar-condicionado não consegue aquecer o quarto adequadamente. Não há serviço de limpeza todo dia, mas em dias alternados.

Exceptional room and friendly staff
Pros:

Thank you for making my birthday present for my partner so unforgettable. We appreciate the winery tour and the amazing dinner on our first night. We truly enjoyed the modern suite, the breakfast and the wine. Looking forward to coming back again.

הכל היה מאוד נחמד ומאוד יפה ומאוד אהבנו את העיצוב !

המקום היה יפה מאוד ומעוצב למופת , חשבו על כל פרט ופרט אפילו על מעילים , גודל החדר היה גדול מאוד הייתה מרפסת נעימה .

Cons:

קצת הרגשנו ניקור קל מהצוות ,לא אהבנו לאכול את הארוחת בוקר בחדר ושהיה צריך להחזיר לבד את הכלים לקבלה , האמבטיה בחוץ לא הייתה נקייה במיוחד אבל יכול להיות שזה קשור לאבק מבחוץ . והארוחת בוקר היה מערבי ולא כל כך לטעמנו.

אבל בסך הכל היה מאוד נחמד , ומאוד יפה ומאוד אהבנו את העיצוב

Luxuriöse Anlage mit Winery-Flair – insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die 7c Villa & Winery war der letzte Luxus, den wir uns auf unserer Reise gegönnt haben – und sie hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir erhielten ein riesiges Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man in dieser Preiskategorie erwarten darf. Besonders gefallen hat uns das private Bad auf der Terrasse, das wir oft und mit großer Freude genutzt haben.

Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, und die gesamte Anlage wirkt modern und hochwertig – ein Stil, der uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Direkt an das Hotel angeschlossen ist ein wunderschöner Store, in dem man viele leckere lokale Spezialitäten findet. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass kostenlose Fahrräder und sogar E-Bikes zur Verfügung stehen, wodurch man extrem flexibel unterwegs ist. Wir haben die Bikes am letzten Tag genutzt, da wir zuvor hauptsächlich mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Das Parken war ebenfalls unkompliziert, da man direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann.

Als Winery hat die Anlage einen leicht europäischen Touch, gleichzeitig versucht man, eine Brücke zwischen Europa und Japan zu schlagen – und das gelingt nach unserer Meinung sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts am Mount Fuji äußerst wohl und konnten die Zeit wirklich genießen.

Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

In dieser Preiskategorie hätten wir erwartet, dass unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Bei anderen Gästen war das auch der Fall, bei uns jedoch nicht – warum, haben wir nicht ganz verstanden. Außerdem hat das Hotel selbst keinen direkten Blick auf den Mount Fuji. Man muss zuerst in Richtung See laufen, um den Fuji zu sehen. Das ist zwar kein großer Aufwand, aber man sollte es wissen, wenn man sich eine Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer oder der Anlage aus erhofft.
