Estrutura do quarto muito boa. Empréstimo de bicicletas também foi um diferencial pra acomodação. Tour pela vinícola muito bom, pelo funcionário simpático e com ótimo inglês.
O treinamento dos funcionários e o serviço ainda deixam muito a desejar para um hotel desse porte. Não tem arrumação de quarto, troca de utensílios usados no café da manhã, recolhem o café e deixam xícaras sujas, talheres. Staff não tem o inglês e não entende do menu.

It feels the management and staff need to step up to cope with foreign guests as it should be expected.
Too many tiny rules are enforced so it is essential to set your preferences straight in advance with the staff to avoid confusion.
Dinner was somewhat disappointing as we could not even order a dessert (some industrial type ice cream was offered instead). It felt the kitchen capacity is limited and the staff lack of flexibility.
Thoughtful touches such as the welcome drink and late-night snacks.
The service content and process need improvement. We had to carry our large luggage ourselves from the car, across a gravel-covered landscaped area, and then pass through a shared space used by both the reception desk and the restaurant before reaching our room. Throughout the entire process, there was no assistance from any staff—not even help with opening doors. Unfortunately, this felt somewhat inconsistent with what we understand as the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
Later, we discovered that cars can temporarily stop at a side entrance, allowing luggage to be loaded and unloaded smoothly without having to pass through the restaurant, the gravel area, or multiple doors. It is unclear why the staff did not inform or guide us about this option during check-in.
We believe this was an oversight that led to a less-than-ideal service experience, and we hope it can be addressed and improved promptly.
The room is modern and clean.
They don’t provide socks. They charge extra for sheets. Service is average.

Офигенное место если вы едете на Фудзи, не первая линия у озеру но идти всего минут 10 до него, но само место отдельный экспириенс! Шикарный интерьер, терраса, ванная на свежем воздухе, завтраки и обязательно возьмите ужин - это божественно! Отличное нишевое вино! Прекрасный персонал! Место стоит того!

Breakfast was actually good, it is just a box with few items and first thing that came to mind was, let’s go to 7/11 as this one is surely not enough. But it turned out to be really good, but if you are an egg person then might a problem as there is none. Some hotel made pictures of the breakfast seems a bit enhanced (portions size wise) but close
I want to highlight exceptional dinner that we enjoyed
We stayed in January it was cold outside and inside. The heated floors are there and it makes life easier but they are located only in some spots and there is none in the toilet for example. In the morning it was really fresh, you do not want to get out of bed let alone taking a shower
You also have to mind the presence of rules that makes the preparation a bit stressful but once you complete that all is smooth. I am talking about choosing a time slot for breakfast, dinner, making a menu choice in advance …and believe me if you think that you can agree on changes when you are there you are wrong, it all goes as planned with minimum changes
My take on that - I admire haut couture, boutique winery vibe, but sometimes when travelling you want to flexibility in timing of your breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you come to relax and that includes avoiding making choices at the time of booking. And surely IMHO
The room was big, and the service was good. The dinner with wine pairing was fantastic.
