La propiedad estaa bien ubicada, todo queda cerca yendo a pie. Las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, no tienen aire acondicionado. El desayuno estaba delicioso, me gusto mucho el café, la fruta, .. toso delicioso.
This place is location, location, location...
The place is close to everything and you can go walking.
The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, compared with other hotels ik Argentina.
The place is ok if you are planning to ramain most of your time outside.
The rooms have cracks in the roof and walls and the sheets and pillows are stained.
However, the spot is the bathroom and shower cleanless. The shower is full of mold everywhere, the walls, the floor, the roof...and the toilet seat have stains too.

The only plus was the helpful staff and, for my room in particular, a good view of the lake which the majority of the rooms don't have.
Also, the hotel is close to the city centre and tourist office.
After travelling for 4 weeks using many hotels this was by far the worst place I have stayed.There are no facilities, no cafe, bar or restaurant and nothing in the rooms so after a long day out when some sort of drink would go down well you have to go elsewhere.
The ground floor foyer area has a pool table with damaged cloth and an incomplete set of balls. The sofas are old and stained. In the room, furniture is cheap and tatty. On the first night of my 7 night stay there was a very strong continuous wind. The windows rattled in their frames and I had to make folded up paper wedges to jam in to keep the noise down. Even so, the wind literally howled through all of the gaps. Decoration of the room and bathroom was poor and the towels supplied have seen better days.
Breakfast was fair but minimal. No
yoghurt to go with the tinned fruit and no jams for the bread or pastries.
It's not a particularly cheap place either.
As I sit in the lobby writing this review water is pouring through the ceiling from a burst pipe.
We are rating Lake Bariloche hotel as there were no rooms to accommodate us at the Hotel Bariloche Mountain. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Young lady at the front desk provided with a great help and hearty smile. Very polite staff at the dining room. Breakfasts were sufficient.
Small, outdated hotel room. Leaking faucet and bidet. Window that was almost impossible to open because there was lots of sand and dust on the sliding runs for the window. Spartan appearance of the facility. Front desk and adjoining room were renovated but the hotel rooms for guests were not. Backyard that can be viewed from the dining room seems to be uncleaned and messy. This hotel badly needs renovation!
