The facilities and staff were excellent. The food was good quality and served to our room exactly on time.

Property is in a good location relative to where we had to go. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They stayed late to keep the door open for us late at night
The sound or roosters at 3 am. They were right outside the bedroom window. Bathroom door was peeling. Shower was not working and we had to use shower next door until they could fix our shower.
The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. The pool was great. But nowhere to lay in the sun - tiny area around the pool tsken up by plants.
THE NOISE, DAY AND NIGHT! A bunch of chickens or roosters squawked at random hours throughout the night, for hours!! OMG! I was exhausted from lack of sleep! 11 pm, 1:30 am, 4 am, 6 am and then all day.. and at the pool, the hotel must be in the middle of some sort of metal grinding shop or construction going on all day. No relaxation what so ever.
As for the restaurant in the hotel.. Only breakfast is served. Lots of staff. Then thats it. I walked around town, but, there are no restaurants that I'd eat in. Theres nothing to do in this town either. No sight seeing. I walked down to the pier about 1.5 km away. Dirty. Tiny. No beach. Water is dirty. Smells. I would avoid this town. If you can handle the noisy chickens, I think this it the only hotel? But, best to stay in the van and get to San Jose and then Coron asap.

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I felt at home and welcomed. Nice pool with a waterfall that added a nice touch to the scenery. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. The air conditioning was allright.
The chairs were made of metal and are highly uncomfortable. I wasn't able to work well and the table was too short. I hope they can put comfortable chairs in the room in the future.
The people were friendly and the pool was fine.
The name of the hotel is deceiving as it is not very close to the sea, not on a cliff and definitely not a resort. It is more of a business hotel.
The pool area and the standard of the room.
We were impressed by how they managed to get the pool area so nice despite the neighbourhood.
Inhouse massage. They have 3 massage beds and called in personnel at our request. Nothing fancy but convenient and good massage.
Breakfast! It was included in the price but after first day we skipped it. We had to preorder and decide a time the night before but it was still delayed, incorrect and of very low quality. The breakfast was served in an area that seemed to be set up for weddings and felt very strange.
OK, we didn’t really check before booking but the word “resort” and pictures of a white beach on their homepage fooled us and we were surprised that the closest beach is some distance away and not suitable for swimming.
The staff went put of their way to make sure everything went went Especially when I woke up late and realised the bathroom door was locked.Two staff looked for and found the key then came to my room to make sure it worked and left the key with us
Hot water heater In shower didn't warm up sufficiently thus we went without a shower
An Easy fix that we hope will be fixed when we return.
