Comfortable hotel at perfect location at the Mekong river.
Pros:

Very nice hotel and I had a beautiful view on the Mekong. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff at reception very helpful. The room looks really nice. I would certainly like to come back one day.

Love it. Very lovely.
Pros:

Very good team and nice place. Especially morning buffet and swimming pool provided towels to guests

Cons:

Dusty wooden floor and very warm fridge. However these do not effect our satisfaction at all as we have excellent price and other excellent services from the hotel.

Mooi vrij nieuw hotel. Goed gelegen in het centrum en aan de rivier. Lekker zwembad en redelijk goede gym. Ontbijt is ook prima.

Cons:

De medewerkers spreken geen of matig Engels, dat is nog wel eens een uitdaging qua communicatie.

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Will definitely choose to stay here again
Pros:

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Good buffet display in attactive looking restaurant wigg the lovely view of city and river.

The hotel is in a fantastic position and the staff are wonderful
Pros:

The room was breathtaking with the view over the Mekong. Breakfast offered a great choice for western, Asian and Indian cuisines.

Cons:

The breakfast was great overall but lacked in choice for basic things like juices and coffee. My son did not like watermelon and that was the only thing on offer (he does not drink water coffee or tea). The coffee choice was basic only
There were also a number of very strange rules relating to take way food in your room and things you can and cannot do
