Pool could of been bigger
Прекрасный новый отель! Все замечательно и комфортно, замечательный номер, нам даже повысили категорию, огромное спасибо! Красивый бассейн, правда вода в нем довольно холодная, но это не проблема. Трансфер из/в аэропорт тоже отличный. Наверное лучший вариант рядом с аэропортом
Choice and quality of the breakfast. Large apartment.
Very slow check-in, exceptionally expensive, very very poor internet, free transfer not present at the agreed time, we has to take a taxi.
The breakfast was simply excellent. The location is good, and the airport can be reached quickly.
Work of the reception staff was a bit slow (due to many tourist arriving at the same time).

Unfortunately, my experience at Barceló Nasandhura Male was not up to the expected standard considering the amount paid.
From the beginning, the room cleanliness was below expectations. There was hair on the bed, and the pillow was not clean. The major issue occurred in the evening when a very strong sewage smell spread throughout the room. I contacted Guest Relations, but no one came, and I had to go down personally. Later, the technical team came, cleaned, and sprayed the bathroom, but within an hour the smell returned.
I tried calling Guest Relations and the reception again, but unfortunately no one answered, and I had to go down once more. I was then given a temporary room that was of a lower category than the one I originally booked, with a promise that another room would be arranged the next day. Unfortunately, the temporary room was very noisy early in the morning, which added to the inconvenience.
When I asked about the new room, I felt there was unnecessary delay. I explained that this was the first time in my life that I stayed only two nights and had to change rooms three times. I also requested to speak with the manager several times, but unfortunately, this did not happen.
I would like to acknowledge Mr. Shareef at the reception, who genuinely tried to help and offered compensation in the form of complimentary lunch and dinner.
I sincerely wish the situation had been handled better from the beginning by offering a suitable or upgraded room instead of a lower-category one. Additionally, response time to guest calls needs serious improvement, as guests should not be required to go down in person to receive assistance.
I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service quality and guest care, as the prices paid deserve a much better experience.
