I stayed in a bigger room with own balcony. It was nicely decorated the bed was comfortable and everything worked smoothly. The staff was super nice and helped me with my bus, which forgot to pick me up. Also the washing machine and dryer for clothes was a nice bonus. The hotel is very well located near restaurants and coffee shops. I really enjoyed my stay.
Only minus is the church next to the hotel, since they start theyr service on Sunday morning at around 4 am and it is rather loud. You could hear it even through earplugs in my room, which was located towards the church. Otherwise my room was quiet and I was enjoy my stay fully. I still can recommend the hotel.

The location only, being near the beach side.
From the moment you walk in the lobby looks nothing like the photos and smells of stale air. The room was disturbingly dirty with long black hairs on the pillows, towels, bathroom walls and on the bedside table. The bar fridge did not work and staff were not willing to help. The bathroom shower tap constantly drips, so the floor is always wet which is right next to the toilet and the sink tap wasn't attached properly. The room walls are all marked and have black scuffs.
The mattress to the bed was super hard, may aswell sleep on the floor.
