Ưu điểm: thuận tiện để tới nơi công tác

- phòng có mùi ẩm
- sáng ra check out thì ko thấy nhân viên lễ tân, đứng đợi 15-20p. gọi số phone trên card thì người nhận báo lộn số. gọi đủ số phone nhưng cũng ko được. lúc sau lễ tân mới ở trên đi xuống.
- dù đã thanh toán tiền phòng bao gồm giá VAT nhưng đến nơi yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn vẫn phải trả phụ thu 8%. Booking.com nên coi lại việc này. Nếu đã thu phí bao gồm VAT trên web thì sao Ksan lại thu thêm phí xuất hóa đơn??? Lần đầu tiên mình gặp trường hợp này. Vì mình cần hóa đơn để đối chiếu với kế toán nên mình vẫn chấp nhận trả.
