This is a very average Radisson. The night we arrived, there was no one to help with the luggage. More than us, our taxi driver was shocked: "No bellboys? They should be here." Anyhow, not a big deal with us. Then one late evening about 9:00 PM we came back to find that our room had no power. Called the front desk once; nothing done for 15-20 minutes. Called again, and this time a technician came and later a staff who determined that we had to stay out of the room for 20 minutes to fix the problem. We sat in the lobby tired from our tourist excursions during the day and wanted to relax pronto. Half an hour passed, and no updates what was going on. So, it was us who went the front desk to check. Eventually, after an hour we were let in. Yes, things can go wrong and they did, but the manner in which it was handled fell short. Otherwise a reasonable average stay. The hotel is 7-8 miles from the city center, and so it takes longer to commute, but then, it's a relatively quiet location. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, but we were mostly out, and didn't use. There is a gas station about 100 yards from the hotel and next to that there was a cafe and also a big Burger King. So, if you needed a quick bite, there are a few choices - not too many, but still reasonably good.

Das Zimmer war super um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Der Wellness-Bereich war hervorragend gepflegt. Auch das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Banyo temizliği eksilerde,peçete ve havlu dışonda birşey yok. Hatta duş jeli bile yoktu!!!

Tres bel hôtel. Tres Propre et tres moderne. Personel courtois et professionnel. Le seul point c'est la localisation car un peu éloigné du centre historique. Mais par contre il y a un arrêt du metro bus pas loin.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the modern touches that made the experience feel extra special.

The hotel facilities were excellent — from the stylish lobby to the well-maintained common areas, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, making it the perfect way to start the day.

Overall, the Radisson exceeded my expectations in service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Location: very bad. Not close to Merter Market and far from anything else within Istanbul. Taxis too expensive to get there.
Staff: I expect at least one person to understand English!
Getting the room cleaned is like loto, it might get cleaned on a day, then the next one nothing. It was inconsistent!

In addition to that, there was an issue with my breakfast booking and they didn’t even bother help with that. They wanted to charge us 20€ per dayper perwon. Outrageous!

attention nous avons réserve des excursions avec l'hôtel nous avons paye très chère et les excursions étaient pitoyable et sans factures ni bon de réservation malgré nos demandes ils viennent nous prendre a 11h alors que c'était prévu a 13h en nous mettant la pression le transfert de retour fait par une voiture conduit par 2 jeunes hommes sans aucun respect. l'hôtel est catastrophique ce sont des voleurs passé votre chemin.
Nourriture de l'hôtel pas digne d'un 5 Etoiles et très chère, petit déjeuner pas terrible

I was supposed to get an free upgrade on the room but they didn’t deliver it

The hotel was beautiful, from the reception to the bedrooms as well as the spa facilities! Everything was exceptional, I am very pleased with this hotel and would recommend this to anyone! I would definitely stay here again should I visit Istanbul
