Pros:

Kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut im Zimmer,da über uns das Frühstück serviert wurde. Um 7 Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende. Chefin war eigentlich nett, aber telefonierte dauernd laut beim Frühstück und stand dabei dauernd am Tisch .

Generally a good location and that is super important. A bit more TLC would be useful.
Pros:

It's in a good location for most nearby stuff. Walked everywhere.

Cons:

Room had a bit of a smell, think it was the drains, so covered the sink plug up. The WiFi was appalling, the router was outside my room, and I could only get access sitting directly underneath it. I ended up using local bar WiFi when out, rather than use theirs.

Жильё находится в шаговой доступности от пляжа. Было очень комфортно. Номера чистые, а хозяева очень приветливые и гостеприимные :)

Отличное соотношение цена-качество
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля. До моря минуты 3, до главной улицы минут 7. В номере удобная мягкая кровать. Постоянно горячая вода была с хорошим напором, без перебоев. Кондиционер, вентилятор, холодильник, электрочайник рабочие. Сейфа нет и белье сушить негде. Есть телевизор, но мы его не включали. В номере чисто, постельное белье тоже чистое. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

Cons:

Очень много комаров в номере. Можно было поставить фумигатор в розетку, это решило бы проблему минимальными затратами

A almost perfect place close to the beach
Pros:

The Location not far from beach

Cons:

No mosquito net in bathroom. So mosquito could enter the bathroom and from there to the bedroom disturbing sleep

Great room, great location and very cheap!
Pros:

The room was spacious with a balcony.
The bed was really comfy and thy had a fridge in the room with some basic pots.
Very hot water. A quiet room and really close to the beach and some good restaurants.
The staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our bags in their office as we were leaving later that day for an overnight bus to Hampi.
