Cons:

Les douches et toilettes sont sales
On m’a donné les draps pour que je fasse le lit moi-même et il y avait des poils et des cheveux dedans
On m’a donné une clef pour un casier pour mettre mes chaussures et on a donné la même clef à qqun d’autre donc aucune sécurité
Le lit est très dur

工作人员非常友善，提供了很多的帮助 我们报名了两日游的旅行团 在这里寄存了行李 傍晚也在公区呆了很久 。非常感谢。旁边吃饭 购物也很方便 做地铁 公交也很容易。比较这个价格一切都是完美且合理的。

Cons:

门头比较小 要相信导航 仔细观察。

Very good place to stay for few nights.
Pros:

Location is good, very close to shopping mall and easy to reach the most important places (or bus stations). Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms could be cleaner. It's visible that hotel is a bit old.

Pros:

ウォーターサーバーと冷蔵庫冷凍庫があったのが助かった。

ホテル周りはレストランがあったり、バス停も近い。

Cons:

ベットのスプリングがゆるくて、ガタガタするし壊れそうでした。腰痛になりそうだし、怖いし、上では寝れず、2人で下のベットに一緒に寝ました。とても狭かった。

シャワールームは最低限でした。もう少し清潔であってほしい。
オフシーズンでしたがほぼ満室でした。

朝食はスタートが遅いし、聞いたらミルク粥だけだったので食べずに出かけました。

入口は薄暗く3階なので、荷物があったら大変です！（エレベーターなし）

Very arrogant receptionist, loud, hot, no sleep.
Pros:

Nice location. Close to a mall.

Cons:

Very hot rooms with a ridiculous plastic folding door that doesn't close properly. Its all essentially one room divided with thin walls and a plastic door. Sound really travels here. The female receptionist was incredibly arrogant. At 10PM she was giving an ESL lesson to someone on her phone, absolutely no regard for the noise or for any of the paying customers. The front desk are always talking so loudly to each other, never a consideration for the noise, even at 11PM!!! If anyone talks at night, everyone hears it. The toilets and showers are cleaned once a day, so by mid-afternoon they are already dirty.

Pros:

徒歩２分ほどの場所にメガマートがあります。お惣菜が安く手に入りました。バス停も目の前にあり、立地はとても最高です。
タオルも貸し出ししてくれました。

また、5時着予定のバスが夜中の3時に着いてしまい、ダメ元でこの宿に行ったのですが、追加料金を払って寝かせてもらえました。夜中に起こして迷惑をかけてしまったが、本当に助かりました！

スタッフ全員が優しくて、気さくです。朝食も９時くらいに食べようと声をかけてくれました。彼らの優しさでカザフスタンがより好きになりました！

Cons:

水回りは正直汚かったです。
部屋に窓や空調がないので、ドアを閉め切ってしまうと暑くて寝苦しかったです。

Es gibt deutlich bessere Optionen
Pros:

Das beste an dem "Hostel" ist die Lage. Bad war ok.

Cons:

Ein Capsule Hostel ist es nicht! Ich hatte ein Stockbett in einem winzigen Zimmer, die Lüftung bestand aus einem Loch mit 15cm Durchmesser etwa oder man musste die Tür offenlassen. Eine Klimaanlage im Flur verteilte dann Luft mit Hilfe eines Ventilators. Die Küche, der einzig mögliche Aufenthaltsraum war ungemütlich, der Aufenthalt auf 30 Minuten begrenzt (laut Schild). Die Rezeption war meist unbesetzt. Ich hatte einen späten Zug und ließ mein Gepäck dort zurück. Jeder hätte es sich mitnehmen können, die Tür zur Straße war teils offen und niemand hat es interessiert, was ich da mitgenommen habe.
