Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

It was a very long process to get checked in. It seems like the people working the front desk may need a little more experience. From the time we walked in the door to getting our room was bout 15-20 minutes and there was only one party in front of us.

Perfect!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our stay.The staff was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially the firepit at night! Beautiful hotel, will stay again when in area and will certainly recommend to others.

Pros:

My only complaint is the water pressure and bathroom door conditions. The water pressure was extremely low, even at different times of the day. The bathroom door did not completely close shut. Otherwise, it seems to be a very new property.

Pros:

This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Not everyone is treated equal
Pros:

The size of the room was not worth the rate. The front desk staff at arrival and check out were preoccupied and made you wait while they finished multiple task. It is understood that could occur however it as if you were interrupting them when you approached. Customer service felt like an after thought. Additionally, I noticed both female workers were more attentive to males than females.
