Pros:

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful they made our honeymoon special.
The pool was brilliant along with the food and location.
I would highly recommend as this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Hôtel très bien situé, nous avons réservé une chambre avec balcon. À notre arrivé la chambre n’avait pas de balcon suite à cette erreur nous avons était surclasser dans une grande suite ! Hôtel très jolie et très bien situé à 10-15min du centre. Petit dej avec beaucoup de choix et très bon

Beautiful clean hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in great location close to the old quarter.
We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and felt very fortunate.
Exceptional service.

Pros:

Nice hotel, great location, good staff and food was ok.

Cons:

We've booked the deluxe suite with river view. The room is nice, but as it's placed right above an road intersection , we had 4 sleepless nights.
Windows soundproofing is inexistant and we've been not able to sleep because of the constant honking noises of the street.
Plus we've been bothered until midnight by the rooftop bar noises above our room...
No need to say that for a five stars hotel, we would expected to rest properly and not having our kids up at 6am.
Protections under the rooftop bar chairs , and new soundproofed windows in the Suite room should be a minimum in my opinion for a "five" stars hotel.
