Pros:

Всё прошло просто замечательно! Мы отдыхали компанией друзей, и было очень приятно, что нас разместили в соседних комнатах — это сделало отдых ещё более уютным и комфортным.
Завтраки были вкусными и сытными, пусть и немного однообразными, но всегда радовали качеством и свежестью. Особенно запомнился один из вечеров, когда в ресторане отеля нас приятно удивили — угостили ароматным чаем со сладостями, что создало по-настоящему тёплую и душевную атмосферу.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: невероятно отзывчивые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди, благодаря которым чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. В целом, отдых оставил только самые приятные впечатления!

Cons:

Не всё оказалось идеальным. В номере были сломаны некоторые держатели для туалетных принадлежностей. В ванной, за дверью, обнаружился неприятный клубок пыли и волос, что создало ощущение недостаточной уборки. Также одной ночью было очень шумно из соседнего номера — гости громко развлекались, и тишины удалось добиться только после того, как им постучали по стене.

We stayed at Old Harbour Hotel with my friends for a short trip to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff surprised me with a very delicious birthday cake, candles, and a small birthday firework, which made the celebration really special. Everyone was very welcoming, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to visit other parts of the city. It is also only about a 12-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar.

Another highlight was the atmosphere in the evenings. They play traditional music every night and serve very delicious food. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Emplacement proche des principales attractions de Sultanhamet et du tram (environ 10/15 mins de marche), petit déjeuner simple (4 options possibles) mais copieux.
Le personnel est très gentil (accueil avec un thé, le gérant nous a aidé à régler un problème avec notre taxi). La chambre était un peu plus petite qu'attendu mais reste confortable et le rapport qualité prix était intéressant.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit tard le soir, chambre plus petite que sur les photos, le flexible de douche fuyait et le porte rouleau était cassé.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are incredible, always so happy to help and genuinely made the stay amazing. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, lovely space! Location is ideal everything within walking distance. Food in the restaurant was so tasty and the included breakfast was really nice as well.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike would definitely recommend and if we’re ever back in Istanbul we will be staying here again. Well worth the money!

Hotel moderno y limpio en ubicación perfecta
Pros:

El hotel es moderno, comodo y muy limpio, lo cual nos encantó.
Las camas estaban muy comodas.
El personal muy amable y atento en cada momento. Se preocupan de que los huespedes estén bien.
La zona es muy bonita e interesante.
Abajo el restaurante es genial para tomar algo o cenar.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo. Si hubiera algo que mejorar sería la variedad del desayuno, que era un poco limitada. Pero los platos estaban muy bien.

Hospitality is exceptional
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. They even let us do an super early check in as our flight arrived in the morning. I’d like to thank Mr. Savas who was very helpful with every question we had and also the two young waiters. The staff arranged our transport from and to the airport, let us leave the luggage by the reception after check out so we could explore for a little while more and even helped carry our luggage to the taxi. Also I must mention as we stayed there on the 8th of March they gave each of us flowers for International women’s Day. The hospitality was on the highest level in this hotel.
The hotel was located in a very good area just a brisk walk form the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia and there were many restaurants around, the bus station was also just around the corner. I can only recommend the Old Harbour Hotel.
I wouldn’t find one bad thing to say about the hotel even if I tried really hard.
