Richmond Central Apartments

the room could have been vaccuumed. rice all over the floor.Coffee cups put back not washed and only one towel
for 2 people. Could not reach management by phone or
message. A little bit disappointed in opur stay.

The room smelt and was dirty. Fridge had food still caked onto shelves, hadnt been vaccumed properly. Furniture was old and damaged. Never staying again

I arrived at the apartment destination shortly after 3:00 PM, as I had communicated via text message. Upon arrival, I was unaware that the office was located away from the main reception area. When I entered, I was greeted by an individual who addressed me as Marie. I also noticed two cards on the desk intended for my sister-in-law and her adult son. I clarified that I am Rosa Katsoutas. Additionally, we had previously informed them of our parking requirements.

The staff member appeared to be in a hurry and provided us with a map, which is attached, along with instructions on where to park. Despite searching for approximately 45 minutes, we were unable to locate the designated parking area indicated on the map. I made several phone calls to him but did not receive a response. When I returned to the office, he had already left.

We eventually found parking at a location some distance from the property and transported our luggage to the apartment. Later, my partner visited the main reception area and showed the map to a receptionist, who advised that the parking is actually located directly underground beneath the apartment. Additionally, we noticed that the apartment had a strong odour of curry.

Overall, we are dissatisfied with the experience.

Room was filthy needs new carpet painting and new furniture.

Location is great, and bed was comfortable however would not stay here again for the price there are many much cleaner, the property was absolutely filthy

Property within walking distance to Epworth Hospital.
Had all the amenities- microwave, cooking hob, washing machine and dryer.
Fridge serviceable.

Close to shops and food outlets and transport.

Great place! Good communication from Manager. Early check-in was great. Extended for an extra day without issue. Close to everything. Good value. I'll be back!

The room television didn’t work we notified manager and had no response, he did receive message because he also replied with the wifi password

Ive been staying at Adara for several years. Happy to see that the mattress was changed, lovely mattress however the flat sheet on mattress does not fit so kept coming off. Please get correct size because it was really annoying

like to see some light snacks as a nice touch

Reception weren’t available a lot of the time.
Apartment not very clean and in a bit disrepair. Needs updating.
