بوريس الرجل المثالي في المكان المثالي
Pros:

الفندق جميل جدا وهادئ وراقي الموظفين بشوشين وخدومين لا انسى مدير الفندق بوريس كان في غاية الادب واللباقة واللطف والاحترام المدير متواجد طوال الوقت وكل ماشاهد ضيف استقبله بابتسامة يسأل اذا كان هنالك قصور في اي من الخدمات

Best hotel in puncak for family and gatherings
Pros:

Hotel is kids friendly good wonderful ambience.

Cons:

Food could be improve and 1 of the staff (not all) was a bit rude. During our first day of dinner, he was showing level of inpatient, fustration and was always on his phone when we are ordering food.
