Pros:

夕食はもとより　朝食のおかずの多さに感激！
　ご飯で大満足で満腹感半端なく、パンまで手をつける事が出来ず心残りでした。
　ロビーでの飲み放題最高でした！
お風呂上がりの飲み物、アイス、マッサージ椅子などとても充実していて申し分なく過ごす事が出来ました。又絶対　宿泊したいです。

店員の口が臭い。
ホテルの窓の内側に大きなクモの巣がかかっていて景観を損なう。
1階エントランスのトイレが臭い。
熊が出たそうなので、散策できなかった…。

Pros:

14時過ぎに到着。既に相当数の方が到着していてビールやドーナツ、プリュレを食べている。今回は二回目の宿泊で部屋の綺麗さ、お風呂の良さ、オールインクルーシブでの飲み物、軽食フリーはとてもいいですね。ご飯タイムももちろんお酒はフリーで気兼ねなく飲めます。（実際は2杯位ですけど）

金額に比べてビュッフェの内容、質が良くない。星野リゾートの時利用したが、金額は少しの違いでTAOYAの方が満足度が低い。大江戸温泉だと思うと金額が高すぎる中途半端な印象。

Pros:

なんといっても、ご飯が美味しく『すき焼き風』の牛肉はおかわりをしました。オールインクルーシブで到着してからビール、ワイン等、飲み放題、おつまみの他、スイーツが美味しく食べ過ぎます。夜は20時からにしてもらいました。お風呂も露天風呂が素晴らしく、サウナもあります。部屋も広いしゆったり気分一新できました

食事の時に使う袖止めがわかりにくいので入り口に置くかすたっふにより/る説明が欲しかった。食事の席も時間予約をするのなら席もホテル側で割り振るほうがスムースだと感じた。
