Absolutely untrained staff, poor hygiene

Our Carpeted room was not very clean.
They charged us an Extra 1000Rs for stay beyond checkout time by 2hrs, even though There wasn't any Rush for new Guests checkin...
Even Big hotels grant couple of hours Grace Time beyond the Checkout time.
Very polite and helpful ground and kitchen Staff .
Rooms were big , bedsheet and carpet were little dirty.
We were there for a medical checkup nearby and due to delay with Dr Consultation, our checkout was delayed by over 2hrs. She charged us Extra 1000/- for overstay, as she was answerable to her superiors.

The room's lock is broken, and there is no doorbell. The balcony needs to be cleaned
The hotel has very bad kitchen staff. They always try to ditch the people. Chicken Rogan juice was not ordered but seen in the final bill. Every food they supplied in lesser quantities and whenever objected they said it was for testing purposes. Behaviour also at all not upto the mark.. This was pointed out to the reception staff when left on 2nd July at 10-11 AM
I am giving picture of culprit kitchen staff and different sizes of chapatis. When asked about the reason they supplied bigger sizes chapatis.
Except room size nothing is good.
This property is very, very clean, and all staff are very helpful, especially Raj Singh, the Front office

Dirty and horrible staff.
The staff are so incompetent and lazy, at least at reception. They don't know anything, they don't know how to pay by card, they don't know where the metro is and how to use it, they wanted to charge me extra money for breakfast, even though it was included in the price, and they couldn't figure it out. It says that breakfast starts at seven in the morning, but in fact not before eight.
The hotel is filthy. There are stains, hair, dirt everywhere.
Raj at the front office was very helpful, and Rahul(Akki) was very sweet.
The room on the first floor, city facing was very noisy and their cable channels were not recharged and not working
