Great location, clean rooms, cold AC and comfortable very big bed. We were supplied with bottled water every day.
Pros:

Very spacious room, and very clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful, letting us store our bags after arriving early in the morning. So close to the old town and train street.

Cons:

Loses one point for a small window!

The people were friendly, the location was good, the rooms were clean, there was water and tea every day, the beds were comfortable - so everything was great.

Super lokalizacja w Old Quarter. Cena/jakosc na pewno bardzo dobra. Wystarczająco czysto, bardzo pomocna i mila obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoj zaniedbany, napotkalismy jednego karalucha w pokoju - musial sie zablakac bo pozniej juz ich nie widzieliśmy.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. I especially want to thank Nick at the reception.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the rooms are very clean, and the TVs in the rooms have internet so you can watch whatever you want. The staff are wonderful.

Excelente localização em Hanói
Pros:

Localização excelente em Old Quarter numa rua tranquila e silenciosa, perto da linha de trem. É possível caminhar até alguns dos pontos turísticos para visitar em Hanói. Destacamos o excelente atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, eles foram muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Hotel lindo, muito limpo, quarto muito amplo com chuveiro de água quente.

Pros:

La propreté du lieu. Le bon emplacement dans la vieille ville, tout en étant très calme.
L'avantage est également qu'ils proposent des croisières pour Ha Long Bay. Le personnel nous a présenté plusieurs options afin que nous puissions faire le meilleur choix. Merci beaucoup !
