Pros:

Very clean and space full apartment, staff were very friendly and attentive.
Only issue I had was our mattress was very hard it was not comfortable.
They added Mattress topper but it was still same.

今までは高層タイプのホテルに泊まっていましたが、今回の滞在で1階の部屋の良さに気づきました。
スタッフもとても親切で、施設も常に清掃され虫等全く見ませんでした。

Brand new hotel. Very nice and clean. Very good service. The only thing is that the beds are very hard.

Pros:

Very disappointed because we didn't have enough water to even take a shower after more than 24 hours without water. The hotel should refund guests for this, we didn't have a shower the night before and the next morning since our return flight was in the morning and there was still no water. The bed mattress was not comfortable at all, not soft at all.
