Quick Overnight Stop
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel was a little far from the Batangas Port. Water heater in our room did not work, and thus no hot water.

The breakfast did not completely meet my expectations in terms of options and overall quality. That said, given the price point, I understand why the selection was simple and appreciate the value provided.

Cons:

There is also room for improvement with the restaurant menu. A few dishes lacked flavor, some were overly salty, and others were not very tender. Additionally, the swimming pool appeared unclean during our stay. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Needs some work but has promise. They lost my laundry

Staff is nice. Wifi is pretty good

Cons:

Drinks are just tang jacked up. Food was nice this time was tapa was more like garlic beef no sweetness. Hot water randomly stopped working. Also they misplaced my laundry with not reimbursement of anything so nice

A lot of shine but needs more substance
Pros:

The view was nice, hot water was good, wifi was great, and had a easy way to get deliveries for things I didn't have.

Cons:

One chair but two beds, one nightstand but once again two beds, shower is too titled and nonslip mat constantly slips, services are either not available or non existent in the way described. Food was alright but way too pricey for the quality. Their laundry service messed up and misplaced by clothes and gave me someone else's... all shine with not enough substance. Likely understaffed. Also nice TV but literally no channels. Too many to list. Maybe give this place a few more years to improve.

Pros:

At the check-in we've been asked to put down a deposit of 600 pesos, despite that no initial information was given in regard to this.
We've been told that within 24 hours after the check-out will get refunded. This was happened on the 27th of December.
Until today no refund was made.
We even tipped Joshua, the Front Desk manager lol

Beautiful Stay
Pros:

Sotogrande Hotel offers a very comfortable and simple stay while still providing all the perks you’d expect from a hotel. The staff were amazing—special mention to Allen and Sophia, who were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our dining needs.
The amenities are great overall, though there’s still some room for improvement. We booked a total of five rooms, and everyone in our group truly enjoyed their stay. Spending Christmas here made the experience even more special.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

No electrical outlets at the bench area where the kettles are.

Pros:

THe staff are very helpful attentive and helpful. ROom was spacious and clean. Magagalang at masayahin ang mga staff. Dankeshoen!

Cons:

We didnt get to use the pool because theres alot of group whose using it and drinking beer on the side. The next morning they have team building so we dont have chance to use it again.
