La chambre n'était pas propre. Des tâches sur les draps, de la saleté au sol, un cafard dans la chambre. La malhonnêté du personnel qui ne propose aucune solution quand nous demandons un early check-in. Qui insiste que l'hôtel est complet. C'est seulement quand je propose de payer qu'il trouve pleins de chambres disponibles. Nous avons du payer le prix d'une nuit entière alors que nous souhaitons nous reposer quelques heures avant notre check in. L'isolation des murs et faibles nous entendions tous les bruits dans le couloirs ainsi que des chambres voisines.

During the two weeks we stayed there, there were many big groups of interstate students and visitors staying in the hotel - travelling by oversized coaches. We had no issue with those guests who were generally polite and friendly; however, the hotel seemed to have difficulties in maintaining their overall service at the reception and restaurant areas. Having only two small lifts available, they could have warned other 'normal' visitors of the big groups' arrival/departure times, so we could avoid the unnecessary queue for the lifts. The same goes with the seating for the breakfast service at the restaurant. The amount and presentation of the food & beverages at breakfast seemed to "degrade" on the mornings when the big groups of students were there, compared to the hotel's "quieter" mornings. We're not big eaters, but could see the F&B staff's struggle when the big groups were having their breakfast together.
