Camden Apartments

Totalt sett ganske fornøyd. Ville bodd der igjen. Var renere og finere enn hotell som kostet mer.

Hadde tv med Netflix
Dagligvarebutikk nesten vegg i vegg som var åpen 24/7
Sovesofa på eget rom
For det meste rent og de vasket en gang på 5 dager
Var kjølig selv på varme dager
Hadde badekar med såpe
Var noe lyd rundt men ikke noe mer enn vanlig i by
Føltes trygt (hadde to kodelåser for å komme inn)

Negativt:
Sengene var harde
Det lå søppel og store dotter støv under senga
Håndklærne hadde flekker

I wasn’t given any details prior to my visit about how to access the property or room. In the information I was given it says “This property doesn’t offer after hours check in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property” Upon arrival I had to phone up (after several attempts) I was given details of how to access the property and the room (flat) when I accessed the room imagine my surprise when I realised it was already occupied and when I refused to look at another room (flat) I have been told that I can’t have my money back that I have paid and Hotels. Com have not been very helpful. I didn’t feel safe, obviously vendors using the hotels.com to advertise their properties can dictate their terms and conditions to hotels.com. I don’t think Hotels. Com have any standards that these vendors have to follow etc …

Struttura comoda con i trasporti e in una zona abbastanza tranquilla.
Appartamento pulito, anche molto vissuto.
Consiglio: fornire di ingressi usb le prese e sostituire il materasso, leggermente scomodo.
Per il resto tutto ok.

Apartment was okay but not really representative of the pictures online. Also, we never received the check in details until we were stood at the apartment door and called the host because we couldn’t get in.

No running hot water for the 2 nights we were there

Could have done with information on how check in via WhatsApp prior to arrival

Great place, very convenient location and nice to have the kitchen as an option.

The entry to the flat is by key code which you need to get by calling up the number on the hotels.com booking when you arrive. This isn't apparent when booking, but was super straight forward.

Be aware that Gmail incorrectly summarises the email with the hotels.com phone number making it look like it's the property number. Make sure you login to hotels.com to get the correct phone number.

Would happily recommend and stay here again in future.

Excellent location, no hot water, laminate flooring screwed down with exposed screw heads. Windows wouldn’t close, bed in poor state. Cheap rate and tolerable for one night only!

Great little one night stay while I was in town for a concert. I called ahead as instructed and they sent me the door codes, they then called me about 10 mins later to make sure I had got in okay.
There's a double bed and a fold out bed. I slept on the fold out bed and it was fine - got me through the night.

A few reviews say they had issues checking in, I think they're just strict on times. I called ahead the day to make sure I knew what to do when I got there and told them when we expected to be there. It was all fine and had 0 issues.

We didn’t actually get to enter the property. We arrived and the “front desk” where we were to check in is non existent. We called the number listed and were met with a voicemail stating the person does not own any property in London. Zero communication from the property after booking. Check in details say to check in at front desk between 2pm & 8pm. We tried to contact the property via the chat but just kept getting automated responses confirming our booking. We had to run around London trying to find another place to stay for the night which was an added bonus. Currently trying to get a refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

Check in rapide le propriétaire était sur place. Logement un peu bruyant la nuit on entend beaucoup les véhicules. Manque un peu de vaisselle. Très bien situé proche de camden Town et lignes de bus devant pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Bon rapport qualité prix

The property doesn't look very inviting from the outside but once in the apartment was clean and warm.
Getting in was a bit of a struggle as the contact number on expedia is incorrect and it was only by meeting a friendly guy who was staying in one of the other apartments did I get the correct contact number and it was plain sailung from there.
