We had a great stay during NY holidays.
Pros:

Location is the best. Not too crowed, we can walk around to attractions and cafe in the old city. The room was not spacious but still comfy. Staffs were helpful.

Cons:

Shower door couldnt keep the water from spilling out. We love the overall vibe except the lights at the fish pond that keeps changing colour hue. Our room was by the pond and sometimes the lights came through. But not to the amount that disturb our sleep so its ok.

location; design; food, room service, comfort. most importantly the entire staff were super friendly and helpful, especially khoun. he offered tips and advice on where to go visit and when. he was even able to help secure train ticket to vientiane when everywhere else is sold out and agents offering empty promises. he came through, albeit the night before i needed to leave

Great hotel in every aspect!
Pros:

Perfect location, brand new property, very helpful staff, very good breakfast. Immaculately clean and beautiful property. The hotel manager is excellent and it shows in every aspect of the operation. Free bike is a nice added advantage.

Pros:

Great location, a delightful manager who took us on a trip to the Hmong new year celebrations, helpful friendly employees, good food with a fantastic flexible breakfast policy, very clean

Cons:

Facilities were a bit limited; no pool, tiny gym, rooms are small. Can be noisy at times with aircon units, water pumping and other residents in adjoining rooms.

Ottimo Hotel in ottima posizione
Pros:

Hotel ottimo in posizione molto comoda per muoversi a piedi a Luang Prabang. Direttore e staff gentilissimi come sempre nella catena U. Molto apprezzabile anche il fatto che abbiano pulmini e fuoristrada di qualitá per fare escursioni, andare in aeroporto etc. La struttura é nuovissima , pulita e veramente confortevole.
Io poi sono un massimalista della catena U quindi ne sono rimasto soddisfattissimo come sempre. Nei giorni in cui eravamo li l'hotel aveva la villa libera e ce la hanno data senza che la avessimo chiesto e senza pagare alcun supplemento. Quando torneremo a Luang Prabang andremo nuovamente qui.

The location was between the night market and the riverfront so it was tuck away in a quiet area that didn’t have much noise but was close to recreational areas.

Located in the heart of Luang Prabang’s historic center, this place is just steps away from the main attractions and very close to the Big Brother Mouse library. From 9–11 AM and 5–7 PM, you can stop by to meet local students and young monk novice monks from nearby temples who are eager to improve their English through casual conversation. It’s a wonderful and enriching experience that allows you to learn more about Lao culture while helping young people practice their language skills.

Cons:

One thing to note is that the property is not a single building, but rather a collection of adjacent buildings. For example, to reach the reception or the bar, you need to step outside and walk through the courtyard to another building. The restaurant is also located separately. It’s only a short walk, but it might be slightly inconvenient in case of rain. However, they do offer room service for meals until 8 PM, which is a helpful option.
