Amazing hotel amazing staff everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Loved the pool area and the outside area you can just relax. Danielle was amazing.

you could see/feel it was a newly opened hotel
king suite was roomy/comfortable
convenience store, gas and coffee in same area

Very nice room and staff!

Nice place, everything new. Air conditioner is on some sort of motion activation and turns off throughout the night. We kept getting hot and waking up and would have to flip the lights on to get it running again. Other than that, great place.

It was perfect

The rooms were clean and had everything my family of five needed. Pool was clean and well maintained. Lastly, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Will be back with one hundred percent certainty.

The hotel was amazing keep up the good work

Not sure if it was Expedia’s fault or the hotel but the room I booked and paid for was a double queen suite with a separate kitchenette and living room with a couch. What I got was one room with double queen beds and a kitchenette no seperate area and no couch/sofa bed which made things very difficult for our group. The hotel does not have rollaway bed or cots so no solution for our problem.

Nice newly built hotel. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Danielle at the front desk was very kind and super helpful.

Everything was new and great

My stay was fantastic! We had an incident where the people above us were really loud at 11 PM, we went down to the front desk and they handled the situation well. It was a comfortable experience, I would stay at this hotel again.

They originally refused to let me cancel 4 days prior to my arrival due to their cancellation policy and 3rd party (Expedia) booking rules. Then 3 hours before check-in I get a call that they overbooked with the “LegoLand” partnership and had to move me to another hotel. Very disappointed that I couldn’t not cancel when I needed too, but when it was convenient for them I had to change my plans and accommodate them as well as stay in a completely different hotel. I will say La Quinta was amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the area.

Accommodations: 2/5
We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which lacked adequate seating for our family of four. With only one chair available, there was little room for us to relax or enjoy family time together.

Pool: 2/5
The pool was disappointingly cold, which made it uninviting for our kids. A heated pool would enhance the family experience greatly.

Value: 2/5
Given the price we paid, the accommodations and amenities did not meet our expectations. It felt overpriced for what was offered.

Service: 3/5
The staff were friendly and eager to help, but the hotel’s limitations overshadowed their efforts.

Overall Experience:
Our stay lacked the comfort and enjoyment we were hoping for, mainly due to the room setup and pool temperature. For families, it's crucial to have appropriate accommodations and amenities.
