Pros:

Personnel très agréable. Chambre silencieuse et hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

La douche est installée en plein milieu de la salle de bain sans aucune cloison ou rideau. Pas très pratique.

Sehr freundlich, ruhig, sauber
Pros:

Wir waren zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, ruhig und sauber. Der Blick auf den Hinterhof hat uns für eine Nacht nicht gestört. Der Empfang war mit Saft und Obst sehr freundlich und wir durften nach einem warmen Tag am Abend vor der Weiterreise noch duschen. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Bis zur Flusspromenade kann man gut laufen, zur Kaiserzitadelle sind wir mit einem Grab-Taxi.

Hôtel très bien tenu, acceuil très professionnel et chaleureux le personnel est a nos soins proche du client les chambres sont très propres et assez grande peut être un léger bémol sur la piscine , emplacement calme hôtel encadré entre deux bâtiments donc vie limités, petit déjeuner très très correct
Encore un très grand bravo au personnel qui donne envie de retourner ds cette hôtel

Pros:

El personal es excepcional, muy servicial y amable. El desayuno es abundante y variado. Las camas supercomodas y la habitación es muy bonita.
Es realmente de lujo y más por el precio que se paga. A 10 minutos andando de la ciudad antigua pero en una calle tranquila.

Great value - I would have stayed longer!
Pros:

We had excellent value at this great little hotel in Hue. The staff were very helpful, attentive and positive, and greeted us with fresh fruit on arrival! They helped us book a driver to take us around the Royal Tombs at a pace that suited us. The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked well, it was nice that they provided dressing gowns and a laundry service (at additional charge). We enjoyed the plentiful hotel breakfast which had lots of Western and Vietnamese options you could mix and match. The fried noodles were particularly delicious. The pool is not large but great for lounging and taking photos.

Cons:

Our room had a wet room rather than a full bathroom, which was fine but required a bit more co-ordination than normal. They provided shampoo but not conditioner.

Nach dem Upgrade (das bei Komplettausbuchung nicht möglich gewesen wäre), insgesamt in Ordnung.
Pros:

Sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal.
Nachdem uns ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die 50 cm entfernte Wand des Nachbarhauses angeboten wurde und wir dieses nicht annehmen wollten, war man sehr bemüht, uns ein Zimmer mit Ausblick (nicht schön, aber immerhin Himmel und einige Hinterhöfe zu sehen) zu verschaffen. Es war ein Upgrade, für das wir aber etwas Nachlass bekamen.

Cons:

Dass man ein Zimmer bucht und bei der Buchung nicht informiert wird, dass man ausschließlich Blick auf die nahe Wand des Nachbarhauses hat.
Zum Frühstück gab es keine Auswahl an Brot / Brötchen, nur eine Sorte süßliches, labberiges Toastbrot.
