Séjour dans cet hôtel très apprécié.
Pros:

Chambre très confortable, propreté impeccable, équipements sanitaires modernes, personnel aimable, à l’écoute et efficace.

Cons:

Absence de machine à café au petit-déjeuner et remplacement du beurre par de la margarine.

Lovely little hotel within easy reach of The Citadel and main tourist area.
Pros:

Friendly , helpful staff. Good breakfast and housekeeping cleaning the room each day. Near to the tourist hub of the city without the crowds

Cons:

It was a bit of a shock to be told that 4% would be added to the bill if paying by card. Unfortunately that seems to be the practice with hotels in Vietnam although 2.5% is standard. Swimming pool is more of a splash pool.

Bathroom layout odd - shower in front of toilet. Means have to walk across slippery floor to use toilet.

Wonderful place
Pros:

Fantastic value for the price, the staff is super accommodating and attentive, the room is very comfortable and clean and also the breakfast is exceptional with buffet and included à la carte options. Location is excellent too, quiet but still close to the centre and attractions. One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed honestly, 100% recommended.

Pros:

Great attention to detail by reception and housekeeping and breakfast staff. It's a kilometre to the action down by the river - 30,ooo dong grab ride - so not an issue.
Good breakfast. All good. Would recommend. Spiral staircase to rooftop is a bit of a challenge
