OYO Hotel Harriman near I-40

Towels were filthy, obvious dirt. Mold in bathroom. Cigarette burns on the bedcover, no blanket. Hole in ceiling. Grounds were dirty with lots of cigarette butts no front desk. A search to hotel next door that checked us in… worse hotel experience ever.

Stay was amazing. Rooms were clean and staff was really very helpful. I must recommend it.

Absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

We booked a non smoking room , went to the room could tell before wntering smell was so bad of smoke. Tv and junk outside next room door. We asked to change rooms went to next room lights didnt work, sheets were stained , shower curtian stained with mildew, put floor mat down was.very dirty, i have pics of all this if needed.was after 11 when we checked in and were toldnit was a non refundable room. Do not recommend

The room had an odor and the it looked like a crackhead hotel.

First room we were given was filthy and smelled of weed and cigarettes. Other guests looked long term and were not friendly. Second room was also filthy, stained sheets, moldy bathroom, and in disrepair.

I was literally at this place about an hour and seen 3 ROACHES. We checked out and left. The person that Own’s this property own the motel next to it also. When I checked out and informed Expedia they had ROACHES they lied and told them We stayed the whole night and checked out that morning. I don’t know about any of you but I don’t do bugs that like to come home with you. This place said they have a no refund policy so now they are ripping people off knowing if someone saw ROACHES they are not staying. And that OYO owner is not going to return there money. This happened the weekend of 8/8/2025 NASTY!!!!!!!

Old run down property. Only stayed one night so not terrible but it’s as clean as you can get it but cockroaches on the wall need to taken care of

Have stayed before but probably won't again. Front desk super friendly and accommodating but property is getting worn and outside areas are dirty. Other choices nearby.

Walked in room and within minutes seen roach on bed, bathroom wall and floor by bed. You could smell the roach smell when walking in. Staff seemed concwrn d got us set up in their sister property which was much better, beside pool and office; seen no insects or anything evidence of

Beds were not comfy at all. And is it normal to have "half pillows"? Front desk was nice, but for the price i think the rooms need some updating. The electrical looking mess was repurted to front desk.

Moved to different room because of bugs. The second room had burn holes in sheets

I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Roaches crawling along the baseboards. The bed covers had cigarette burns in the bedcovers. The room was wreaking with smoke. We left IMMEDIATELY!!!
