Pros:

O Hotel superou às expectativas, o time de colaboradores muito atencioso e prestativo. Além disso, o Hotel oferece um plus 0800, um lanchinho especial no final de tarde. Maravilhoso!

Cons:

Infelizmente fui a cidade no final do ano e as estâncias e vinícolas estavam em recesso, dessa forma, tivemos que ficar na área urbana e em cidades vizinhas onde a oferta turística é reduzida.

Cons:

Esqueceram de arrumar nosso apartamento, saímos do hotel às 10:30, retornando às 16h; e o apartamento estava do mesmo jeito; apesar de termos deixado o indicativo que o apartamento estava apto para ser limpo.
Sabonete de ma qualidade, deixando a desejar.
