Very bad experience, when choosing a room on the WEB, I paid for a superior one that was more expensive than the standard one and, most importantly, was larger. However, upon arrival they gave me a small Barbie room, and when I said I had paid for a larger one, they told me that the photo must have been from another hotel of theirs. I had a very bad time, the bathroom does not have a single piece of furniture to leave things and I had to put the kettle on the floor, the closet did not have shelves or hangers, throughout the stay I had to leave my clothes in the bag. And to add to the bad experience, the internet and TV never worked.
A classic cozy hotel, nice looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, the beds are comfortable. I have to come back to Istanbul next month and I will stay here again.

Far this is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. We loved the staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean. Accessible to tons of restaurants and ammonites.

One down side is the area is alive till late which makes it difficult to sleep , but that's expected and accepted due to the close proximity of Taksim square.

I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

Das Hotel und das Personal top. Das Hotel liegt in eine Gasse das wunderschön ist und alles kann Mann zu Fuss erreichen. Es war sogar so das der Chef von Hotel und umsonst zu Go KartBahn das 30 Minuten mitgenommen hat ohne etwas zu verlangen. Wir sind super zufrieden und auf jedenfall kommen wir wieder
