Staff and food amazing but you will not sleep there my trip was ruined because of 3 nights straight noisy people in other rooms till 5 am.I left 2 days early and booked Holiday Inn I wont make that mistake again.If they carpeted the floors in the rooms it would solve most of the problem.Dont waste your money stay at the Holiday Inn

Great value for money…

My family and I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location to IT park. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool and loved their breakfast. Their breakfast was one of the best I've had in the many hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean and sufficient, with the overall property fulfilling our needs. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place is also one of the best in the Philippines outside of a major hotel chain.

We definitely appreciated our stay! With so many family members as well as our little pup with us, we were worried about juggling everyone’s needs. Diane Residences made our trip so amazing - with spacious, comfortable rooms, super fast and accommodating service, and yummy breakfast too. We were so impressed by the overall set up of the hotel, and the price was fantastic too! We will definitely be back :)

The room was beautiful and huge! Excellent WiFi with a nice TV. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely be staying there next time!

This hotel ticked all the boxes. 5 star condition, generous size room, great city view, super kind professional staff, and restaurant has a real chef with nice menu. Much better than more expensive hotels. Property conditions are impeccable

Our room was a generous size studio with a king sized bed. Appreciated the little touches however, the deposit process was annoying having to wait at check out. We thought we would try their dinner buffet - Do not bother - it was awful - some items in the poster were not available, food was cold, sub-par ingredients for what they charged $750pesos each.
Overall we would stay again, area is close to walkable services and we felt safe in the area, We walked and used Grab as needed.

My only small complaints about the room were that I wished the lukewarm shower got a little hotter, and the windows were quite dirty. However, In general the hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I'd have to say the good qualities far outweigh the bad. I loved having access to the pool and gym, and especially the excellent restaurant, the staff of which happily catered to my dietary requests (opt for the free breakfast). The only thing that would've made the room ideal, which wasn't advertised, would have been a microwave oven. I'm guessing they don't want the odors from reheating leftovers disturbing the other guests. The room did. however, have an amazingly quick electric pot for boiling tea or coffee water.
