Pros:

スペイン広場のすぐそばにあり　便利な場所にある割に静かで快適でした。入り口がわかりづらく　他のゲストも迷っていました。入り方の説明があるとよかったです。　それと記載のあったセーフティーボックスはありません。グッチとブルガリの入っているビルなのでセキュリテイはしっかりしているとのことでした。

Cons:

ホテルの前にタクシーが入れなくて　チャーターしたタクシーが迷って　落ち合うのに手間取った。部屋が暗かった。ライトがもう少しあると嬉しい。

Centrally located NOT a hotel but apartment hotel with NO views
Pros:

The best advantage of the hotel is the location. The rooms are small but it is a city break. The rooms are clean.

Cons:

It is NOT a hotel. To be fair maybe we should have researched better but what you get is a flat with rooms and the rooms are down a hall. NO breakfast, service, etc
As long as you are comfortable with this you get what you bargain for
Most importantly SEE THE PICS of the window view
Very dark and not ok

Style and comfort in the very heart of Roma
Pros:

Comfort of room 306, can’t talk for the others and the location, right in the heart of Rome.

Cons:

Breakfast should really be included, think about a convention with a nearby cafe or a delivery service with a standard breakfast (like choose sweet or salty or a mix of both) to preorder.

soggiorno piacevole ma necessaria maggior cura dei dettagli
Pros:

- stanza arredata con gusto e raffinatezza;
- zona strategica per visitare la città;
- stanze silenziose rispetto al caos esterno.

Cons:

- asciugamani non di qualità (erano tutti sfilacciati e poco morbidi);
- manca in bagno dove posare beauty/spazzolini e un courtesy kit;
- non è possibile che le pulizie (con aspirapolvere contro le porte e i muri!) inizino alle 9 del mattino della domenica in una struttura così piccola. Se il check out è alle 11 fino a quell’ora l’ospite deve poter riposare senza essere disturbato da pulizie molto rumorose;
- se la camera viene rifatta gli asciugamani usati devono essere piegati con cura e riposti separatamente; in alternativa dare tutto nuovo;
- scarsa reperibilità del personale in reception: se il check out è alle 11 non è possibile che non ci sia nessuno nella struttura.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very stylish hotel in the best possible location. Despite being in the city centre it is very quiet. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and daily cleaning is available.

Cons:

Our room was quite dark. There could be more space in the bathroom to keep your staff like cosmetics etc.
